SAFETY •

Bush Construction, Novak Design Group and all subcontractors/suppliers are successfully using a web-based software called Plan Room for submittal, RFI and meeting minute updates. Both Area A and Area B are substantially closed in from weather with major exterior activities complete. Bush informed the building committee that because of the efficiency of the activities taking place before winter hit, they were able to save the church $12,000 that will be put back in the budget to help with owner wish list items and any unforeseen conditions.
•
•
Foreman meetings are conducted on site weekly with all foreman working on the project. Safety is the first item discussed at these meetings.
•
Bush Construction is in constant contact with each trade contractor and all third party inspectors to ensure that performed services and materials adhere to the defined set of quality criteria per the project documents.
• • • •
Tool Box Talks are conducted weekly by all prime contractors and second tier subcontractors working onsite.
