Build on your real-world experience to become a champion of the seniors behind the science. The Master of Arts in Gerontology degree is ideal for professionals in the field who wish to further their education, sharpen their skills, and gain an invaluable edge. Rooted in the same rigorous intellectual base as the Davis School’s Master of Science in Gerontology program, the MAG program provides students with a formal education as well as an executive polish to complement their professional experience in areas such as:
▪▪ Planning, administration, and evaluation of programs in the private and public sectors ▪▪ Executive positions in the delivery of direct services to older adults and their families
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS The 28-unit Master of Arts in Gerontology program can be completed either on campus or online.

ADMISSION Admission to USC is competitive and is handled through the USC Graduate Admission Application (gradadm.usc.edu/apply). Prospective gerontology students must complete the Gerontology Supplemental Application section of the Graduate Application in order to be eligible for merit-based financial aid.
