Onwards and Upwards To continue onwards and upwards with your improving good health there are many important areas of understanding that have to be tackled every day. Over the next 12 months or so we will be working together, for you to achieve optimum health and wellness. In the following few paragraphs we will outline what steps we will be taking over the next few months.
“Be Proactive with Your Health” Within the following 1-3 months we will be focussing on improving your symptoms while dealing with the underlying causes. Our first priority is to start making life a little easier for you each day by helping you to feel better We will introduce our Health Model and through our specialised testing discover which toxins are in your mind/body. We will also strive to obtain a greater understanding of the four filters, the digestive system, the liver, the immune system and the kidneys, To understand how to use them in your everyday life will give you improved health on a daily basis. By really identifying and addressing all the obstacles to healing we can start clearing them from burdening your body.
The important factor here is whatever your budget allocation is, is what we will stick to, for its better to be able to complete the healing of the Leaky Gut and then the four filters without being stressed over money. Easy steps forward, onwards and upwards rather than blowing the budget and letting the internal saboteur win, yet once again. For those who’s budget is ok but just can’t take all those pills, it’s better to let us know so we can change the number or frequency of when to take them rather than just quitting. We also work on regenerating your liver as well as restoring your digestive fire. In months 7-9 we continue with corrective care and begin the healing the immune system and the kidneys. Any symptoms that still remain are treated as needed. In months 10-12, we introduce you to Maintenance Wellness Care, where we continue to be proactive with your health, however instead of fixing causes, as the filters by now should be healed. It’s in wellness care where we are preventative, stopping illness and disease before it can happen. The following graph may help. Fig 1
In the coming months we will continue with treating your symptoms if it is needed, as well as continuing Corrective Care where we really are really treating the causes of your health challenges. We will start on the first filter being the Leaky Gut, this can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to heal so it’s best to get started as soon as possible. The length of time it takes to heal leaky gut is determined by two factors. Firstly, how serious is the leaky gut and this is the importance of the Haemaview (live blood analysis) as it will instantly show us the grading severity of Leaky Gut. The Haemaview follow ups each 3 to 4 months will then reveal how the Leaky Gut is healing. Secondly healing Leaky Gut is determined by how committed you are to following our personalised diet and nutrients set out for you. Another aspect is how many herbs and/or vitamins can you take and this is mainly determined by ones budget.
At point “A” you are amazed at how much better you are feeling and you could say to yourself, “I don’t need to do this anymore.” Yes this is one point of view but if the four filters are not properly cleaned then “A” will quickly go down to “B” See Fig 2 and it usually takes 3 to 6 months.

“How to Stop Food Cravings” . One of the most important concerns most people have about their health is trying to control food cravings. Food cravings seem to hit most people in the afternoon and this is when most of the damage is done, as tiredness, mood swings and fat gain is the usual end result. Within the scope of this important topic what I would like to explain is a little about food cravings. Most of us over time have experienced food cravings that just will not go away. It seems that they come around 3pm every day and it is time for Tim tams or chocolate bars. For some of course it’s not sugary foods that create the cravings its salty foods, like a packet of chips or some biscuits. For others it may not occur at 3pm. Food cravings may occur earlier in the day or up until dinner time and actually spoil ones dinner. Whoops, you are now too full to eat any of the good food that you have spent a lot of time preparing. The more sugar or lollies or salty foods you eat the more the body wants, and here’s why.
Our Centre has clients who first came to see us 15 to 18 years ago and are continuing with Maintenance Care. We only see them 3 or 4 times a year, usually at the change of the seasons to complete a few tests for review. The review helps us to see if and when there is a likely change in missing links so that they can be corrected before that person feels the negative effects. For example if vitamin B12 and Folate start to slide then tiredness returns or if the immune system becomes overloaded then feeling sluggish or colds and flu’s return. We want to eliminate the possible return of symptoms before our clients feel they have a problem. Being ahead of the game and being proactive is 10 steps ahead of how most people think. I know I would like to know if the brakes of my car needed replacing and replace them before that possible accident, wouldn’t you?
Because of our busy lives in today’s hectic society most find breakfast an impossible meal to eat. Because firstly the time it takes to cook and secondly finding the time to most importantly eat it. You wake up, get the family ready, now it’s your turn to get ready for work or if no family, time still flies and once again no breakfast is eaten. Or it’s a piece of toast, something light and simple but not nourishing to your body. By skipping breakfast or eating a light breakfast or carbo breakfast like toast and cereal the body receives a huge blood sugar swing which creates brain fog, light headedness, dizziness and tiredness to name a few. Then followed by a rushed lunch the body is now really crying out for some nourishment. The mind now receives heaps of messages instructing the taste buds it needs food. Depending upon what the body needs the taste buds will only receive two signals. One for sweet and the other for salty. Whether sweet or salty, what the body wants is usually equal amounts of protein and carbs like a handful of nuts and/or a piece of fruit. However our taste buds will tell our brain a chockie or a biscuit or cake would be nice and that is what we have. Knowing full well we should not…

“Alkalise The Body and Stop The Cravings For Good” Because the pancreas is involved in the process of sending messages up to the brain that it needs food. A glass of lemon juice and a handful of nuts etc is a way of stopping these food cravings. When the pancreas receives lemon juice, the digestive and immune system is importantly alkalised or brought back to neutral from an unhealthy acidic condition.
Always remember - sugar cravings = bugs in the gut or bugs revolt. No sugar cravings = bugs are under control. Hopefully this explains why it is important for us to control the Leaky Gut and decrease the sugar intake. If you are finding it very difficult to control these cravings please let us know as we have other tricks up our sleeves.
The more Bugs the more HELP is needed. So PLEASE, ask for help if needed. With the body now neutral the brain does not send signals to the taste buds that it’s hungry. Therefore stopping the food cravings once and for all. That is, for good.
As mentioned earlier something that works well is to use lemon juice in water every time you have a craving and this appears to stop the urge.
Another important reason for the food cravings is to do with what we have affectionately called “the Bugs Revolt.”
Why does lemon juice work, is an important question to answer. We have already given one important reason why and the following will answer the question within the scope of eliminating parasites or bugs.
When you stop sugar, the bugs or parasites in your gut (intestines) revolt. These bugs send messages to the brain that they need sugar as they are hungry and need something to eat.
Bugs or parasites and of course another name for them is Candida or worms, love a sugary and acidic condition to hide in.
Therefore sugar cravings are the result.
The more sugar, the more acidic the body is the more the bugs have abundant food and environment to thrive in.
The more sugar we eat, the more the bugs want so the sugar cravings continue. We are feeding the bugs that are potentially making us sick. “The Bugs Revolt.” To stop this cycle you have to eliminate the sugar, kill the bugs and soon the sugar cravings will go away. Therefore if you restart the sugar then the bugs in the digestive system can regrow in huge numbers. This in turn reignites the sugar cravings.
Reduce the sugar and alkalise the body with lemon juice - 1 dessertspoon into 200mls of water 3 to 6 times a day on a continual basis, will create a healthy system, one that bugs dislike intensely, killing them easily and effortlessly. No more bugs therefore no more sugar cravings.

It is important to help the gut repair, to do this firstly its important to eat a hearty breakfast like 2 or 3 eggs or our special oats recipe (if you don’t know our oats recipe which balances blood sugar and helps to kill bugs then please ask one of us for the directions on how to prepare it.)
