The start to the year has been pretty poor with so much rain and so, to see the sun come out to play gives us all that wee bit of inner sunshine which in turn, provides some positivity and a better outlook for what lies ahead. Life is what we make it and it is always better to have the glass half full and look forward with joy and excitement and the solstice provides us with a wonderful opportunity to set our goals, hope’s, dreams and intentions on what we want to achieve and then - we wait for the universe to step

The Drum
The
Drum one of the most ancients of instruments and one of the most important in the Shaman’s tool bag. This simple instrument traditionally made from a solid wooden frame and is mostly circular. However it can be made in various shapes according to the skills of the drum maker. The face of the drum or skin traditionally comes from the skin of an animal that has been hunted to sustain life. This way after the animal has been eaten, the relationship and respect continues on. This relationship increases the power of the drum and drummer. All drums are seen as having a spirit of their own. To understand how important the sound of the drum is watch what happens to people when listening to music with a lot of drumming. It brings people together and removes barriers. The different uses of the drum Traditionally there are many uses for the drum. • Entertainment , songs and story telling
Most of the teachings from the ancestors would have been passed on through mythical stories, poems and songs. These would have been accompanied by the drum. Some stories would have great symbolic meanings which would ease rites of passage. The drum would help these symbols be absorbed by the initiates.
Healing This is a multifaceted subject. Illness or disease can often be explained as imbalance of the spirit, mind or body. Issues affecting one aspect normally influences all three. One thing that plays a major part in our health is how we see the world through our own individual lens. In a way, our viewpoint can also be tainted by our parents, society, people that surround us and the environment we live in. All this can create a very narrow or polarised view point which can produce a permanent pattern of internal winds or emotions. If we don’t become aware of these emotions then they can cause illness. In the shaman’s world everything is seen as energy and vibration. Our illness has a certain vibration and even a story. Shamans can read this story and assist in changing it.
Energy loss or soul loss can also play a major part in dis-ease. Events can happen in our lives that in effect shock us and it’s like part of us leaves or we lose energy in a way. It has to return through the awareness process or it is liable to happen again through a similar experience. To clarify - healing work must be done through awareness work because the whole point of helping clients is to empower them. What role can the drum play in healing? The sound and vibration of the drum can in effect put people into a trance-like state. When in this state the bridge between our subconscious minds and our conscious mind opens. We then enter the dream state. Whatever doesn’t need to be in our subconscious mind now has a chance to come up into
our conscious mind in the form of symbols or scenarios. When in our every day conscious level of awareness we can process this information and help to release it. On a purely physical level, the vibration of the drum can help to release pain or even infection. On a spirit level the drum can be a conduit for our spirit guides and helpers. Some of these helpers are seen as “Doctors�. For instance in the South Americas shamans of the Amazon region work with herbal medicinal plants they call doctors, each one having a different role in healing.
Ceremony A ceremony can simply be nothing more that a way to connect to the passages of nature. These passages of nature are not external or separate from us. However our busy lives and state of constant doing can make it seem so. Using the beat of the drum and use of intention it is possible to become in alignment with the rhythms of nature. Why would we want to connect to nature? In the Shaman’s view and many other spiritual disciplines, the body is the vessel that holds
our spirit. Our body belongs to the earth; it also came from the earth. So it is not resistant to the seasonal cycles. When we are in tune with our inner and outer cyclic nature we are more likely to be happier and living a creative and inspired life with less fear of change. The best way of connecting to nature is to be within it. Ceremonies work better when we are with nature and we learn more about our own nature. The drum has another important message of bringing people together. Togetherness and helping each other is all we really have. This is a time of great changes; supporting one another will soften the passage.

THE LEVEN PIT PONIES HAUNTING By LEONARD LOW I’m a writer and investigator of the strange and bizarre; I surround myself in ancient manuscripts and the world of the persecuted Heretics of old Scotland. Heretics named and
fascinating. I turned one such story into a bestselling book “THE WEEM WITCH” and closely followed that by “LARGOS UNTOLD STORIES” both cover Witch tales I have unearthed. In a few months “ST ANDREWS
burnt as Witches. I write about those who suffered under the draconian measures of the church, and resurrect their stories as full as I can from the ancient town minutes and old Parish records that survive on the cases. For some, nothing official has survived but letters from one gentleman to the next discussing the burning of a Witch and the repercussions.
UNTOLD STORIES” will come out from Steve Savage Publications, with again more tales of the Witch hunts. But it’s while doing a lecture in the town of Leven I was approached by a woman with a strange story, a story as bizarre it may sound, I think I found an answer to her problem!
I find the stories utterly
I had just given a lecture on a haunting I had witnessed when an old lady (who wanted to remain anonymous) I will call Mrs Reid, came for a talk. She had a house in Methil, just
across the Ba’ Bee Bridge up the pathway from Wellsley road from Leven. Mrs Reid lived in Kinnarchie Crescent, on this street she had a house in the row of council houses built around 1950. I’m accustomed to being addressed with people’s problems in the spiritual field in the manner of “dark shadows” moving around the house, figures of dead family members being seen and likewise phantom phenomena. Usually it’s a rational explanation that resolves the fear of a haunting. I recently was in a hotel in Lundin Links that complained of a ghost, a ghost that left sink taps running!.. a demonstration of the tap running hot then shutting it off….give the pipes 15 min to cool down and indeed the water started to run again!...its nothing but the fixtures overheating and expanding..when cooled the pipes have shrunk back to normal size, requiring another half turn to properly shut the water flow!....as simple as that! But Mrs Reid, a 70+ year old living 40 years in the Kinnarchie Crescent area, gave more food for thought on her problem she brought to me. She had a two bedroom ground floor house and at certain times of the month sitting quietly at night she could hear the unmistakable sound of horses baying, horses in utter distress, the whining of these creatures would be easily heard. It seemed to come from the floor of the house! This to me was very intriguing, and I was invited to the property to
hear this phenomenon myself. It took a couple of weeks until my diary was free and I indeed went to her house, The house was what you expect from someone who had lived in the same house for so long, the family home where the kids have left to live their own life’s leaving smiling faces all over the house in happy memories of photographs of holidays abroad and grandchildren with first chocolate biscuit faces. A smell of homemade lentil soup filled the household in a warm and welcome environment. I had experience of phantom noises from the past in previous buildings, doors slamming where now no doors exist, people talking where no one’s around in dialects not used anymore, heavy footsteps where no one’s around! It’s like watching a black and white movie from 100 years ago everyone in the movie has died but we can still see them and hear them now, as live as they were then. Some buildings retain the functions of old at the right time and right circumstance the voices return from the yesteryear and carry on. There’s no reasoning to it, we can only study as your magazine Host Joan Charles does, being a receiver to these voices from the past. I have to admit I stayed 6 hours in the house in Kinnarchie and although I never doubted the story of the Horse noises, I myself never heard anything. I left to study my old books on the area the house was built on, my suspicions were that there may have been a tavern
or stables on this land at one point and the house built over it, but I knew there existed photos from 1900 of this area and apart from a railway track and two coal pits the land was flat bear, and unpopulated, so no taverns were found in this area. But it was from the two coal pits, Leven Pit 1 and 2 I got some interesting information. The mines had been operational from late 1878 and had produced quality seams of coal, the mines were on the area today of Kinnarchie crescent. The mines went so deep they had continual problems with flooding, and although they were very active and profitable, the human cost of lives was terrible. The casualties are listed every month and it must have been an incredibly hard and dangerous job going by the deaths involved in digging out coal. By 1921 both Leven pits were exhausted and were to be made redundant, the problem was there were 4 pit horses left down in the mine!
A letter dated 6th April to Sir John Butcher the Conservative Mp 1853-1935 asked… “The secretary of mines for further information, to give for the withdrawal of pit ponies and horses from mines and save them from starvation and drowning especially the mines of Leven.” Pit horses were now too big to be brought out by hoist, the debate continued with the men desperate to rescue their work colleagues’…..as men and politicians’ debated...The empty Leven Mine flooded... The screams of the drowning horses could be heard and nothing could be done for them! Looking at old maps Mrs Reid’s house sits right above the Pit 1 shaft, is this what she’s hearing at night, an echo from the past of Pit Ponies screaming as the waters from the mine slowly rise and drown them nearly 100 years ago! …….. All the Clair Senses The word “Clair” comes from the French word meaning “ Clear” so clear sight, hearing, taste, feel and all of these are only extensions of our own natural senses and so are very natural to us if we allow it. We can either chose to work with them in a natural way or ignore them the choice is always up to the person. Lets take a look at these senses to find out exactly what they are and how they work.
Clairvoyance - this is the sense of clear sight. It is the TV movie that runs in your head as if you are there watching something happen. In the case of mediums and clairvoyants they can see spirit, sometimes in their minds eye and other times just there in front of them. With clairvoyance you can see information as if it is there in front of you and showing you the way. I use this sense a lot when doing my shows and demonstrations too. Meditation can help to enhance this and other senses too.
Clairaudience
- When this happens it is as if you are having a dialogue with someone but not the way we would if we were speaking with another person. It is that wee still inner voice in the head that alerts us when something is not right, the messages we
get when tapping into spirit and or the voice that directs us when we need something. When spirit speaks to you it is like having a wee chat with your inner self and at times may seem as if this is nuts however, with practise it can become the norm. I am sure that most folk have experienced this is some way shape or form.
Clairgustance - I have at times tasted foods or even sweets from the spirit world and this is a good example: I was giving a reading to a woman and spirit gave me a Barley sugar taste in my mouth and sure enough the woman knew that it belonged to the person I was talking about. Other times it has been things like; Pears, Stovies, Liquorice and many other things. If you have strong tastes of different foods then
you are linking with this sense. It is also said that these people can quickly sense if a food item is off or if the person who made it was not in great spirits.
Clairsentience - With this sense you will be able to tap into the senses and feelings of others, you can empathise and feel what is happening with them. People who are very close can do this and also twins are very in tune with each other. If this relates to you then you may find yourself always on call for others who need help and or healing. However, beware, remember that you also need to look after and protect yourself and although service to others is wonderful you need to ensure that you also have the correct balance or you will be forever at the service of others.
Claircognisance - Have you ever had the feeling that something was not right, knew something was about to happen and yet had no proof that it was? Then you could well be closely linked with this sense. It connects with people who, for instance know that someone has passed over and yet they are miles away or on the other side of the world. Felt an impending disaster as a kind of warning but were afraid to speak about it in case others thought you strange. Perhaps a good way of building your trust in this and any of the other senses is to write your knowings down so that you can go back to them seeing the date times, etc. If you have experienced any of these Clair’s then do let us know how and where this happened as we are always interested in other peoples experiences.

poltergeist the

In
a two part series, Paranormal Researcher and Author Greg Stewart brings together the details of one of the best documented Poltergeist cases in Fife. The activity started in 1958, the quiet life of an ordinary family living in the town of Kirkcaldy in Fife was brought to an
abrupt end by their terrifying encounter with the phantom. The family lived in a normal residential street named Oak Tree Square, a development constructed by the local authority, initially as social housing, although many have since been purchased and are privately owned. The homes
in this area are semi-detached and terraced houses rather than flats. Researching old maps of the area, the properties seem to be built on former farm land, and so there is no indication of anything untoward in the area. Fortunately, on this occasion, the experiences of the occupants were recorded both in the Journal for the Society for Psychical Research, Volume 40, and by the local
press which provide more accurate reference points. The incidents started in February 1958 and lasted until September of the same year. The house was constructed several years prior to the start of the disturbances but it is not clear what triggered them. It is
also unclear why they stopped as suddenly as they started. It is, however, noted that the family had a girl who was twelve years old at the time, leading to this being compared to classic poltergeist activity. Most people will have heard of a poltergeist, but not everyone will know what one actually is. There is no disputing that documented encounters recorded as poltergeist activity are unpleasant and frightening for all of those involved, or that poltergeists are considered to be a malicious form of spirit, however they are not generally the evil, demonic spirit depicted in Hollywood blockbusters. What does differentiate a poltergeist from a standard haunting is the level of activity involved. Common signs of a poltergeist are unexplained but purposeful noises such as bangs on hard surfaces, objects moving around the property, unexplained electrical disturbances (including items switching on even of they don’t work or are unplugged), strange smells and, only in the most extreme cases, some physical attacks such as scratching or pushing. The term poltergeist is derived from two German words, ‘poltern’, which means to make noise, and ‘geist’, which means ghost, and so, quite literally it means a ‘noisy ghost’. Most reports of poltergeist activity seem to revolve around children who
are either approaching or are in their early teenage years, particularly girls. Initially the disturbances at Oak Tree Square were limited to the sounds of footsteps from parts of the house where there was no one present. Bangs and thuds were also heard throughout the house, again from areas where there was no one there to make the noises. This went on intermittently for some time and then seemed to escalate with drawers in the house being found to have been opened and, on some occasions, windows in the property opening apparently on their own. During the night of the 11th/12th September, the presence made a final show of strength by moving a chair and a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. Although no one witnessed this, according to the report from the Society for Psychical Research, the householder advised she last checked the property at around 2.30 a.m. at which point
everything was in order. The following morning, however, it was discovered that, at some point after 2.30, the furniture had been moved. The Society for Psychical Research do raise the question of whether the twelve-yearold girl, who first reported the displaced items, may have moved them herself, but they conclude that, if she had been physically responsible for the escalation of the incident, it would seem unusual for her to have waited for around six months before deciding to do so. It should also be noted that no one in the house heard the furniture move and that a wardrobe from the 1950s, or older, would not have been easy for a twelve-year-old to move at all, let alone silently. It would seem that after this event the family were left in peace and what had caused the disturbances remained unknown, however, the Journal for the Society for
Psychical Research make a particularly interesting observation. They advise that, on the same morning as the furniture was moved in the property at Oak Tree Square, poltergeist activity started around twenty miles away in a cottage in St Andrews. It is said this took the form of small objects appearing to be thrown around a bedroom and this went on for two nights. Could it be possible that the poltergeist, having caused some disturbances in Kirkcaldy, moved into the property in St Andrews to terrorise a new family? Greg has recently finished writing a book covering the dark history and ghosts of St. Andrews (best known for being the home of golf and where Prince William met Kate Middleton), which is currently available on Kindle and due to be released in paperback in June. He is about to start writing a series of three books for a major local history publisher, covering the ghosts of Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands.

Summer Solstice The latin name for Solstice is “ Stopping” and at this time the sun is at its highest point in the Northern hemisphere. This festival or celebration is normally on the 21st of June and traditionally bonfires are lit to clean’s and bring about renewal for the coming harvest. It is connected with fertility and the pagans and Celts have long since celebrated this day. The Midsummer moon at the solstice is known as the “Honey Moon” and mead made from honey is drank during the wedding ceremonies. Bonfires were lit and the happy couples would jump over the fire to attract good luck and apparently the higher the jump the greater the crop in size. Famous gathering places are ancient sites such as Stone henge - Newgrange in Ireland - the ! Neolithic site of Maeshowe in Orkney further afield is the big wheel medicine wheel in Wyoming which indicates sun rise and sun set. It is a time of magic and fun but as well as this, it is thought that the mischievous spirits come out to play so pagans wore garlands, herbs and flowers to keep them at bay and safe on this day. This particular time creates a great space and opportunity for those who wish to celebrate with reflective meditation to prepare for the turning of natures wheel and what it will bring them in the cycle.

Did you know that in the past the period from the middle of May until the middle of June was considered to be the most unfavourable time for getting married? I guess somebody forgot to tell us because I’ve been married to my lovely husband for 21 years on the 21st May. Apparently if we lived in ancient Rome we’d have been seen as doomed to failure. I’m wondering if somebody had told us that we’d have changed the date to mid June instead. After all the goddess of marriage is Juno who was the wife of the Roman god Jupiter (that’s where we get the name June from) but maybe there was a wee bit bias in the advice the priests of Jupiter gave to the people about May weddings. June is the 6th month of the year and 6 in Aura-Soma is the red Energy bottle. It’s the same colour top and bottom; the awakening to something new and the energy to take it forward in very grounded and practical ways. It’s a bit like
a new enthusiasm for life and love for life. This bottle has the tarot equivalent of ‘The Lovers’ with it which unites the male and female energies. And like in many a lovers’ situation there can also be a pushing away or saying no to something this month and a feeling of staying a little bit detached until you can get a clearer picture of what you want for yourself and other people too. Just make sure you’re not avoiding something you really want because you’re making up stuff in your head about why it couldn’t possibly work out for you. Stop for a minute and ask yourself if what you’re thinking is true and also how do you know that?

The Summer Solstice is also in June; it’s the mid point of the year and this year the longest daylight hours are on the 21st as the sun reaches its highest point. Bottle 21 is green and pink and its name is A New Beginning for Love. For me this harks back to the ancient wisdom of the Roman gods and their thoughts that it’s a good time to marry. This bottle is about loving yourself and accepting yourself as you are, as realising that you are already good enough allows us to find a new freedom in how we make our choices. When we do this we can become less blinkered and more able to see the bigger picture more

Celebrity Tarot Oprah Winfrey
For sure Oprah is the Empress because she is such a mother earth figure and leading the way, nurturing people in awareness and understanding of who they are. She has gone through her own periods of challenge but keeps fighting and comes out the other end. I also feel the connection with this card and her because I sense her highly intuitive skills and how she uses them for the greater good. She is, in the most part, a grounded female who is a visionary and can see the bigger picture. Keep an eye on her as she could be heading for a more political role but one where she can shift the balance.
David Tennant
Known by most for his role as Dr Who and what a good job he made of it too. I see him as an all rounder, someone who can take something and make it his own and so my sense is that he would be the Fool as he is open to starting new journeys which i’m sure at times takes a huge leap of faith but the innocence within him makes him say yes and then think about it later. I have a feeling that he will do something in the West end Theatre that is completely out of his comfort zone but where he makes it his own once again.
Oli Murs
An X factor winner who has gone on to make many records and still manages to stay in the lime light. I see him as the Chariot because of his driven nature and push for the next challenge. He has a great light heartedness and fun sense of humour and I feel this is what keeps him in balance and with his feet still on the ground. The chariot is the vehicle that take us on the journey and I sense that he is well signed up to success and also with the edge of diversity to enable him to move from singer into presenter and then onto whatever is next. I feel America is calling and links to a chat show as well so watch this space.
The Green Man Through history their has been many links to the Green Man and the spirit of nature. He has been called; Jack in the Green - Robin Hood - The Green Knight or Sir Gawain in the Arthurian legends and Lord of the Trees. Found all over the world he can be seen in cathedrals such as Notre Dame and St Paul’s as well as churches, abbeys and temples. Our own Roslyn chapel made famous by Dan Browns “Da Vinci Code” boasts over 100 of then dotted around the church. This symbol very much links with rebirth and or life after death, vitality and nature. Many creeds and religions have depicted this drawing which is the head of a man surrounded by leaves and vines. The solstice is a perfect time to tune into the energy of the Green Man and ask for the things you wish to attract in your life to be nurtured and to draw them near to you.
Crystals &
Prosperity
Everyone is looking for the little bit extra cash to fill their pockets and why not? It is not greedy to want more money well, not unless you plan to hoard it or be selfish with how you use it. Citrine In days gone by this would have been used to bring in the cash
and it was placed into cash registers. Commonly known as the merchants stone it is said to assist you in retaining your well earned cash once you have it.
Jade The stone of plenty and used a lot by the Chinese to assist
them in bringing in luck and good fortune. It is said to have connections with the Buddha and links to the heart energies which are Green and also for money or financial things.

Messages I sense the month of September to be very significant for a lady in the spirit world and I feel she passed away last year. As we go forward I feel there has been talk of how to do something in her honour and for all the family to be present. There is also perhaps talk about the banks of loch Lomond, perhaps that is what you have spoken about or a place that holds fond memories for you. I am getting connections to the name os Christine and feel this connects with the lady in the spirit world. Her father is also there with her and she is at peace there watching over you all with great pride and affection. Your dreams are her way of letting you know that she is there and keeps an eye on you especially when you are feeling worried and alone.
Messages The first link I have is America and I am linked to the Smithsonian Institute in America, thats quite specific and so, someone must have been there or at least visited it at some point. I have strong connections with
academic studies and learning going on and I sense a man in the spirit world who would have been clever himself and wanted you to make the best of who you are and the knowledge that you have. He also takes me to Canada and again I sense family there too, perhaps something is thinking about a trip there? He is showing me France and so along with the study there is extensive travel going on and as I write this he places maps down in front of me and plots out a course.
Messages Hopscotch or peevers as it was known is the image i’m being given by spirit. I can see the govan area and I feel this man in the spirit side of life came from this area. He takes me over to the docks and so I feel this is where he would have worked in his time on the earth plane. You may have been looking at old pictures of him and the family going back in time and there are some great ones in your collection of a happy childhood - he has been at your side and looking over them with you having a laugh to himself. He was no angel he tells me but not a man who would have done you any harm he just liked a laugh and to get up to mischief way back in the day. I am sensing a little bit extra money so a bit of good luck for you.

The Etheric World
I
remember very clearly my first astral projection or OBE [out of body experience] I had awakened in the middle of the night to find myself experiencing a falling sensation and then with a bump, I landed back in my body. This was not the greatest initiation into the other, more etheric world. My next experience was certainly a little better, while at a yoga session I left my body and floated off to my Son’s school, the next thing I knew, I’d come back into my body although, gentler this time to find my yoga teacher with her hand over my solar plexus. The reason for this was that your etheric or “Silver Cord” that connects the two bodies comes from this area of the body - she was a well tuned in teacher thats for sure as she said “Are you back with us now?” knowing exactly what had taken place. During OBE there are people who experience this type of thing and explain it like a sense of flying most nights and take as the norm, while others struggle and would run to classes to be able to do this. Taking it to another extreme was the examples of psychics who used astral travel to leave their body to go and investigate something and bring back the
information during the cold war. As with everything, there are always different levels we can go to, it would all depend on how much you really want to get into this as to the effort you would give it. The basics are that your body is so relaxed that you almost feel that you're sinking into it. Following this some people will feel the shift and float out into the ether. Its almost like being in outer space if you can imagine the astronauts just floating around in space with such ease — well, its like that. You need to be very relaxed but at the same time, be aware of what is happening and what you want from this. I need to add in at this point that I would not attempt this if you have not done it before and that it may well be worth looking into having some proper tuition to keep you right. Why do I say this you may be wondering? Well, the fact it that there are some who feel there are dangers to doing this sort of thing if you are inexperienced and like anything you new need to
learn the ropes. Some believe that if you do leave your body then you leave yourself open and vulnerable to other entities in the astral plane both positive and negative and so suggest that you surround yourself with a white light and ask your Angels or higher self for protection. No matter what kind of work I am doing I always ground and protect as a matter of course and set the intention for only the highest good to come from what I do. This may not be suitable for those with vivid imaginations and so, if you feel at all scared, vulnerable or that your imagination will take over — DO NOT do it and be sensible, that way you stay safe.
Escape your inner
PRISON

I’ve been doing some work locally at the Recovery Café for almost a year now; sometimes I’ve taken my bottles and given a wee talk and other times I’ve spoken to people on a one to one basis using my NLP and Life Coaching to offer them the tools for change. I got an unusual request a few weeks ago from the staff. They’d been talking to the

folk who come to the cafe they run in the prison about the work I had been doing and the women inmates were interested in finding out more. So the request was would I consider volunteering to go to the prison and give a wee talk. I said yes immediately. I’ve found for myself over the years of working with the bottles that they can be the catalyst that’s needed to allow something bigger inside to happen. All the permissions needed were eventually put in place so this week we went to jail. Me and about 50 Aura-Soma bottles (it would’ve taken too long to set up 112 in the short time we had). I set them out on the wee table in the big hall and explained to the staff on duty a bit about how they worked and ignored the ‘aye right’ look from the guard at the entrance. The women came in and immediately questions were getting fired in all directions; some were really drawn to a
particular bottle immediately (Bottle 33 was popular which is about finding peace and lightening up and having a bit of fun), some picked a couple and they all wanted to know the meanings at the same time. Lol I explained the background to Vicky Wall’s difficult life and her saying that despite all the things that happened to her she always felt that our main right in life is to not to be negative, to always expect something better.
I asked everybody to work out the numerology of their dates of birth and each had a number between 1 and 9. I only gave a brief outline of each bottle as it wasn’t really the place to share publicly but each person said they could relate to what I said. I offered to do the numerology of their name next to see which bottle they would have from that and just keep it light and fun but they really surprised me when they said no. They had 1 hour left and they agreed amongst themselves that they would rather come see me individually for just a few minutes each so they could get more in depth info that wouldn’t be overheard. Some
were just curious and some were really ready to listen and from those a lot really wanted change. Bottle 8 – Anubis, featured for quite a few of the girls; the need to do things differently and not be afraid of letting things go; by letting themselves just be who they really are in their heart instead of how they had been over the past few years they could find a sense of peace and a new direction. The other predominate colour across all of their choices was violet; the need for healing. Bottle 24 – A New Message (violet at the top and turquoise at the bottom) this one especially popped up again and again – ‘I am open to the new’. Obviously they couldn’t take their bottles back to their cell to work with, to applying to the chakra bands around the body to work with the energies, so instead I used some coaching questions alongside what I could see in the message of their bottle choices to show how
these changes could be possible. It was obvious that some were seeing their prison bars for the first time. Now just by choosing some bottles they can see a glimpse of what is really at the root of what’s holding them back they can maybe find freedom in the future. I’m not a fluffy bunny type of person, I’m under no illusion that a wee talk and 5/10 minutes each with me and the bottles has solved everything and created world peace so I’ve offered to go back again if it’s possible and if they want me.

The Divine Solstice and the Angels

The Summer Solstice is a wonderful and beautiful time of the year where it’s a celebration of the sun shining its light for the longest day. This heralds not just the start of summer but spiritually brings more light to our divine Mother Earth. This offers us an opportunity to be reminded of our own true divinity and potential. This Year the Solstice has a very powerful energy. This energy will help with breaking down barriers and see the truth within a situation. It will also remind you of your connection to Mother Earth and to Heaven making this a particular wonderful time to connect to your angels. The spiritual energy of the planet and all the wild animals, plants and trees helps to lift our own vibration making it easier to connect to the celestial beings. If you need
guidance, go outside and talk to your Guardian Angels and then see what you feel, see, sense, know or hear. Don't force it just relax and let the angels do all the work. During the Solstice I would highly recommend connecting to the powerful energy of Archangel Ariel.
