TERMS & CONDITIONS. 1.0 Website
2.0 Branding
1.1 All website development will only initiate once client has approved the layout. 1.2 Once Sitemap is finalized any changes will apply to additional charges. 1.3 Client needs to bear the cost. of domain and hosting purchase. 1.4 Hosting and Domain ownership is only to the client. 1.5 All renewals of domain and hosting & its expenses are towards the client. 1.6 Any change in hosting or domain name will apply to additional charges. 1.7 Any issues with the server, hosting or domain, BeZingo Media has no laiblility towards this, since it is a third party service. 1.8 Additions or removals, updates, upgrades or any other change to the site, once the site is live is subject to additional fees. package does not include 1.9 Website maintenance. Website maintenance costs can be provided on request.
2.1 BeZingo Media will offer clients a total of 10 options, anything beyond that would be subject to charges. 2.2 Clients need to fill out design breif before starting on the design project, unless a breif is provided 2.3 Logo Designs does not include applications or stationary. 2.4 Once logo is finalized, any changes to the logo will be subject to additional fees and any change on applications apply to additional fees. 2.5 Client agrees to take responsibility to the brand and its guidelines, and makes sure the logo is treated according to the guideline.
3.0 Search Engine Optimization 3.1 No other company is working on the clients website while BeZingo Media FZC. 3.2 The client allows BeZingo Media FZC the necessary access to edit web pages of your website as we require. 3.3 You give BeZingo Media FZC the authority to submit your website webpages to whereever we feel necessary. 3.4 BeZingo Media FZC holds no responsibility of Google ranking, traffic or clicks. We follow the Terms and Conditions of Google and ensure the the client gets the best service. BeZingo Media FZC does not commit to any number of results that may or may not be generated on the site. 3.5 BeZingo Media FZC will then investigate whether the website can promote the specified page to Page One on Google.com or Google.ae or some other regional Google site as specified by The Client. BeZingo Media FZC may suggest alternative phrases that it believes will lead to higher traffic when the web page is on Page One of Google's results. Any paid advertising will involve a service fee to manage the advertising.
4.0 Graphics Design 4.1 All services provided by BeZingo Media FZC shall be for the exclusive use of the client other than for the designer’s promotional use. Upon payment of all fees, the following reproduction rights for all approved final designs created by the designer for this project shall be granted: Client to gain full transferable rights to brand identity. Client to gain full license to reproduce works through commercial printers. 4.2 BeZingo Media FZC will commence the work only after 50% advance is given by the client. this advance is non-redundable. 4.3 If multiple design concepts are submitted, only one concept is deemed to be given by BeZingo 4.4 Media FZC as fulfilling the contract. All other artwork designs remain the property of BeZingo Media FZC, unless agreed in writing. 4.5 Should the customer supply an image, text, audio clip or any other file for use in a website, multimedia presentation, print item, exhibition, advertisement or any other medium believing it to be copyright and royalty free. Any material provided by the client which does not abide by the law of the country, the client is responsible for the consequences. 4.6 The customer agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge.
5.0 Newsletters
6.0 Social Media
5.1 All newsletters sent to the database will be sent to the client for approvals. Once approved, the newsletter will be sent. 5.2 Any database provided by the client will be sole property of the client and BeZingo Media FZC will not share the database with anyone or resell the data. 5.3 BeZingo Media FZC will use appropriate Mail Clients to manage the campaign 5.4 BeZingo Media FZC recommends all the email address to be verified before sending any mass email to avoid being blocked. This service can be provided by BeZingo Media FZC at an additional cost.
6.1 BeZingo Media FZC does not guarantee any number of likes or following on the clients channel. 6.2 BeZingo Media FZC does not hold any responsibility of who follows / likes their page on the respective social media network pages. 6.3 Social Media pages belong to the client and the access to the social media pages needs to be provided to BeZingo Media FZC. 6.4 All content posted on Social Media is preapproved by the client, BeZingo Media FZC holds no responsibility towards its content or material.
7.0 Videos 7.1 All contents, including text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, video files, audio files, html code, CSS, and scripts, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of BeZingo Media FZC. 7.2 BeZingo Media FZC will hold all the working files for any video created by us unless specified for. 7.3 An additional charge will apply to get access to the working files. 7.4 Any video designed by BeZingo Media FZC remains a property of the company until the client clears 100% payment. 7.5 The client holds no rights to use the video for commercial use until full payment is made. 7.6 Any video provided by the client is believed to be royalty free and does not hold any copyright. Any illegal files provided by the client, the clientis responsibile for all the legal actions. 7.7 BeZingo Media FZC sites contain links and pointers to sites maintained by third parties. BeZingo Media FZC. does not operate or control in any respect any information, products, or services on such third-party sites. Third party links are included solely for the convenience of users, and do not constitute any endorsement by BeZingo Media FZC. 7.8 Once the final draft of the video is approval, any additional changes is subject to additional charges.
9.0 Printing Policy 9.1 All printing designs will be approved before sending it for final print. Any changes after the final approval will be an additional cost. 9.2 All samples wil be provided by BeZingo Media FZC. BeZingo Media holds no responsibilty on final print once the materials are approved by the client including its specifications.
8.0 Confidentiality 8.1 All Information provided by the client stays confidential with BeZingo Media FZC. 8.2 All designs / content created by BeZingo Media FZC remains the property of BeZingo Media FZC unless specified for. BeZingo Media FZC holds the rights to showcase their work to third party and any confidential information which the client does not want to share should be mention in advance.
10.0 Payments 10.1 All projects / job requires a 50% advance to start . No work will be started by BeZingo Media FZC until the advance payment is cleared. 10.2 All proposals created by BeZingo Media FZC will remain a property of BeZingo Media FZC until 100% payment is cleared by the client. In the event of non payment by the client, BeZingo Media FZC holds all the rights to put the project on hold & or take down the website, aoo or any other material, until payment is settled.
11.0 Cancellation 11.1 In the event of a cancellation of a project, the client has to give BeZingo Media FZC a calcellation request with the reason of calcellation. 11.2 In an event where the project is canceled, all materials provided by BeZingo Media FZC remains the property of BeZingo Media FZC unless mentioned. 11.3 BeZingo Media FZC has a “NO REFUND� policy once project is started and advance is paid. 11.4 If the project is cancelled in 7 days from start of the project, 50% can be refunded. This decision solely depends on BeZingo Media FZC and this will be reviewed by the Management of BeZingo Media FZC. 11.5 If the above terms and conditions are not followed by the client, BeZingo Media FZC reserves the rights to cancel the contract and the advance paid by the client will be forfeited. 11.6 In an event where the invoice is not cleared in 30 days, BeZingo Media FZC reserves the right to cancel the contract and the advance will be forfeited.
