CATHEDRAL CHRISTMAS CARD - this year’s Cathedral Christmas card is now available. Featuring The Nativity Icon from our recent exhibition of Icons by Chris Czainski, this unique and beautiful card is only available here at the Cathedral. As well as making a wonderful Christmas card that speaks of what we believe as Christians, it can also be re-purposed as an aid to prayer – so eco-friendly too! Please choose our cards for your family and friends this year. Every pack you buy will support our ongoing ministry. Cards are available from the Cathedral shop at £5 per pack of 10, or you can order them online at Christmas-cards.eventbrite.co.uk – and please remember to spread the word! WE’VE UPDATED our plasma screen to show rolling events and videos, as well as general cathedral information. We’d love to hear your feedback on it – Too much text? Too quick? Not enough videos? Please send your thoughts to events@bradfordcathedral.org or pass them to a member of the team.

VOLUNTEERS are still needed for bulb planting in the Cathedral grounds. The children at Messy Harvest did plant as many as they could, although the dreadful weather that day meant that they were unable to plant them all. Please speak to Canon Mandy if you can help to plant the ones still left as we really want to have a garden full of colour next Spring in the West End area. The CATHEDRAL CENTENARY SERVICE is on Sunday 24th November at 4pm

when we will celebrate 100 years since the granting of cathedral status to the former Parish Church of St Peter, Bradford. We do need to know if you would like to attend so that we can know numbers so please do book your seat as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Bishop Nick will be our preacher and staff and clergy, past and present, along with many other people from around the City and beyond will all be there. The service will be followed by tea and cakes in Kala Sangam and the day will conclude our Centenary year. We look forward to hearing from you. STEELEYE SPAN - There are still some tickets left.
