THANK YOU AND REQUESTS FAIRTRADE Thank you to everyone who has supported and continues to support our Fairtrade Stall. Last year we made £307.17, which has been sent to Traidcraft Exchange to help with its ongoing work. We are also desperate for more help with our Stall in order to keep it running and if you might consider helping or would like to know more, do speak to one of the team members on the Stall or call the Cathedral Office. The Stall has also been stocked up with fresh supplies including the lovely locally sourced honey from Yorkshire bees. We have five different flavours, which are perfect for spreading on bread or toast and also for baking. Do take a look. The CHILDREN’S SOCIETY BOXES are due for emptying. If you have one, could you please either bring it in to the Cathedral Office or hand it to Jane Thompson so that it can be counted and the money collected can then be sent to the Children’s Society. If you would like to have a box yourself, to collect for this very worthy cause, let Jane or the Cathedral Office know.
