Welcome We are delighted to welcome so many members and their guests to the BFFF Gala Dinner Dance and awards evening. It has been three years since we held our last Gala Dinner, so we are delighted to be able to hold the event again. Those members who are stalwarts of the event will notice we have a new venue for this year’s event. We chose The Brewery as we feel this is an ideal venue for the evening. We will also include another awards presentation to the evening with our much delayed People Awards. Over the last few months, it is clear that many members have seen team performance go way beyond what was normally expected, from covering for team members off with covid, organising new supply chains or just supporting other team members. So, it is with great pleasure that tonight we will recognise some of these individuals and teams within the BFFF membership. We will also announce the winners of the BFFF Frozen Food Awards. Over the last few years our market has been defined by some amazing product development. We have seen many high-quality products enter the market which has helped change consumers perceptions of frozen food. This year’s awards are no exception and we have been delighted to see enhancements to everyday products, through to totally new concepts being brought to the market. We have lined up some amazing entertainment for the evening, with Rollacoaster providing their great set that is sure to get you on the dance floor. We also welcome back The Jersey Boys, an act that always goes down well with BFFF members. Finally, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our sponsors whose generousity and commitment to our industry enables us to support you, our members. So, welcome everyone, whether you are a BFFF member or guest and we hope you have a wonderful evening.
