Hi Everyone, Wow! The temperature has certainly dropped this week. The coat and woolly hat are now out, my dog has his winter jumper on, and the heating has finally gone on. Although its cold, I think winter is still a very beautiful time of year, the lights on low, the Christmas decorations up, log burner on and blazing away as I am wrapped in my blanket on the settee watching Christmas movies drinking my favourite tipple. This last year has been a great year for health & fitness with the installation of the new sauna, new outdoor furniture, and the new gym equipment which has finally arrived. However, we are still waiting on the new S-Drive to be delivered. I have now employed a great new cleaning supervisor Joao who comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Joao will be working with the cleaning team in the new year, we have invested in new scrubber dryers for the changing room and poolside floors, along with new cleaning products that we are confident will make the difference to your experience. Great news! We have been given the green light to get all our showers re-vamped early 2023, I will have more information coming in January. We are all aware now of the biggest struggles we are facing in 2023, as a company we are looking at ways to reduce our cost by changing some of our lights to sensors, turning off air con and lights in the studios when classes are not running and we will now be putting some of our CV machines to sleep during our quietest times. Please let us know if your favourite machine is not on, we can always wake it up for you. With the winter months ahead, we will struggle with the temperature in the outdoor spa. When the outdoor temperature drops the spa temperature will also fall. This will then affect the indoor hydro pool temperature. To maintain the temperature of the indoor hydro pool we will have to close the outdoor spa on occasion. I do apologise in advance; we will do our very best to keep the closures as minimal as we possibly can.
New For 2023 Myzone is finally coming to us in January. Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate-based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately monitor your physical activity. You will be able to record your fitness progression and earn yourself rewards and trophy’s. The Myzone screens will be in all 3 studios and on the gym floor.
These will be available to buy in January 2023
Look out for our new classes running on the Gym floor these will be 20-minute blast classes running every day, throughout the day run by the gym team. These classes are the perfect class to wear your new myzone wearable. We are also looking to add Children and family run classes to the timetable, times and dates will be confirmed in January 2023.

Guest passes Please note that following the increase in operating costs we have reviewed our guest pass prices. From 1st January adult passes will be £17.00 and children over 5 will be £8.50.
