May News Hello! May has been a busy month! Lots to report so see below for the detail. See you all soon! Theresa Membership Renewals Huge thank you to those that renewed early, helping me to understand where we have gaps. For those that haven’t renewed yet - but still want to - please ensure you do it before Wednesday. On the first of June I will open the membership up again to the waiting list and you may not get your space or original membership number... Remember - if you paid a lump sum, please pay your subs on the app or over the phone. If you are a direct debit - do nothing. Your union fee will be taken in June, then the subs will drop again from July. Ramsdale Ramps it up for Charity Day - Maggie’s 6th August 2022 Bring any of your old clubs, bags, equipment - anything other than balls! Golf clubs for cash will give you a price. 10% of this will go to the Captain’s charity - the rest will get loaded to your levy card so you can spend in the shop or on the bar. If you wanted to donate more to charity - you can!
So bring your clubs on Saturday 6th August even if you are not playing.
Competition Prizes - PAPER VOUCHERS ARE NO MORE! No more paper vouchers for you to lose or forget about. From now on - when you win competition money - It will go straight onto your levy which you can see on your app or on a pc. You can now spend your levy in the shop or on the bar.
Behaviour in the Clubhouse It has been brought to my attention that the language and behaviour in the clubhouse is becoming a little rowdy. Please remember that we are a friendly club that invites families to enjoy the atmosphere. I want you to have fun and enjoy a drink after your golf - but please be respectful to my team and other customers. Please also note that the 18th green isn’t there for you to chip onto in your flip flops. It has been reported that groups are having mini competitions after a few drinks. This is the first and last warning. Johnny and his team work tremendously hard to deliver excellent greens. I will not risk them. So please stop doing it. Members FREE Range Night The next free night is on the 22nd June.
