Vicente Hernández “Everything is as easy or as difﬁcult... as you want to make it” This triathlete from Tenerife, second in the last European Sub 23, faces 2016 with the challenge of competing faced to face again with the best of the absolute

Gurutze Frades “Day to day, until the end” To talk about Gurutze is to talk about one of the main triathletes of the national scene. This Basque country athlete started to be fully dedicated to the triathlon in 2009. Kathy “KatchA” Rakel As a cadet, in the USA armed forces academy, Kathy adopted a wide range of physical challenges. During her senior year, unforeseeably she established the fastest female cadet triathlete record, ﬁnishing the Arizona triathlete in 11:46:42. She is the 3 time National Champion of the USA armed forces and in 2010 won the award for the best athlete of the year of the Armed Forces. With a useful life of 100% up to 500 full charge cycles(>30.000km). After these cycles there can be a maximum deterioration of 20%.

The battery can be charged directly form a port integrated in the frame or from the battery itself. Allowing a rapid charge to 80% of the capacity in 1.5 hours.

The integrated batteries incorporate a BMS (Battery Management System) of high performance offering a very controlled consumption and lengthening the useful life of the battery in the case of not being used for long periods.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE General concepts Concepts I. Repairs In order to offer an optimal after sales service for bh emotion bikes UIBU BSF PVU PG UIF XBSSBOUZ QFSJPE PS DPOEJUJPOT, bh will replace the broken components of the electric system under a given budget.

II. Replacements Bh will not sell replacement components to the dealers except for warranties or repairs. Batteries and chargers are not included.

III. Warranties In order to optimize after sales service for bh emotion bikes that BSF DPOTJEFSFE VOEFS UIF XBSSBOUZ QFSJPE PS DPOEJUJPOT, bh will replace the broken components of the electric system for free. In normal conditions of use, conservation and maintenance, bh offers a 2 year warranty for material and manufacturing defects in the entire bicycle and electrical components. Regarding batteries, the warranty is valid for 2 years from the delivery date. This warranty only applies to the main owner and in no case and under no circumstance are the rights given by the warranty programme transferable. Consult the terms and conditions of the warranty in the warranty card which is provided separately with your bh emotion.

IV. Exceptions 1. The warranty does not apply to parts: which are subject to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, chain rings, direction, crankset and sprockets, providing that they do not present material or assembly defects.

After sales procedure 2. The warranty shall be invalidated in the following cases: t 5IF CJDZDMF IBT CFFO EBNBHFE EVF to its use in competitions, jumps, descents, events or as a result of being exposed - or ridden - in extreme conditions or climate.
