The Enduro legend and one of the most experienced cyclists of the discipline, Karim Amour, is the new signing for BH for this season. Amour has been the European Enduro Champion and is now considered as one of the best riders in the world. After more than 20 years in competition, he maintains the same passion, physical and mental strength that he used to reach the zenith of the rankings.

BH SR Suntour KMC, worldwide reference in XC BH and the BH-SR Suntour-KMC team continue to ride together. This collaboration has been conﬁrmed by their success in the London 2012 Olympics where the young Julie Bresset took the gold in Mtb. Julie Bresset, 24 years of age, came to the team in 2010 and in a few short years, she has become an international reference in the world of female Mtb as well as the most important member of the team led by Michel Hutsebaut. ROAD Burgos BH Supporting the learning and training of promising young athletes Burgos-BH is a Continental UCI team which has the primary function of training and teaching young and promising racers as well as more established athletes. The team aims to be an example and a model for cyclists wishing to enter in the professional cycling world. The team competes with the G6.

Vienne–Futuroscope Competition, development and training... Cycling in its purest state Created in March of 2006, the VienneFuturoscope team of female cyclists began competing in the 2007 season and has since collaborated in the development and training of young female cyclists. As a team, the UCI participates on an international level, with successes beyond the French borders. Currently, its racers include Audrey Cordon, an important name in the present and future of female cycling.

TRIATHLON BH is strongly committed, for another season, to triathlon supporting established participants and young promises. The men and women that form the BH Tri Team are going to be talked about on the international circuit, and we are sure, they regularly will be on the podiums. The BH Tri-team has begun the 2014 season with some important victories by practically all of its members. Each of the races held has displayed the individual strength of these athletes who compete in three different disciplines, obtaining enviable results season after season.

Eneko Llanos «This year I want to be with the best in the Hawaii Ironman» Enelko Llanos from Alava has began the season with a victory in the Saint Polter Ironman and has a clear main objective of the Hawaii Ironman in October where his great physical condition has allowed him to be among the best on three occasions. Llanos competes with a BH Aerolight. A bicycle that meets all the needs and that he deﬁnes as rapid, aerodynamic, rigid and lightweight.

Mario Mola «I hope to compete for a medal in the Olympics of Rio» Mario Mola from the Balearic Isles is the triathlon World Cup dominator after winning the first two races held in Mooloolaba (Australia) and New Plymouth (Nueva Zealand) and demonstrating a magnificent physical strength. Mario Mola already was among the best in the World Series and everything shows that in 2014 he is going to compete for the triumphs of the speciality like the Brownlee brothers and Gomez Noya. If this magnificent progression continues he will be able to fulfil one of his greatest sporting objectives: compete for a medal in the Olympics of Rio.

Joao Silva «I have no limits» Joao Silva, from Portugal, European ETU sub-23 Champion in 2010, continues his ascending career in the international triathlete program. Last season he managed to be on the podium in Auckland, San Diego and Yokohama and, in spite of suffering a small injury, he managed to ﬁnish sixth in the ranking.

This year he has started with a magniﬁcent third position in the New Plymouth (New Zealand) race and twelfth position on Mooloolaba (Australia). If anything characterises this athlete it is his strong discipline and patience.

Fernando Alarza «BH is a world leader in the bicycle sector» Fernando Alarza from Talavera is destined to become one of the greatest stars of worldwide triathlon. In 2013, once again he was sub-champion of the World championship sub-23, after also being sub-champion in 2012, and his progression continues during 2014, with seventh position in the Mooloolaba triathlon and fourth place in New Plymouth. His attitude, constancy and strength in the three segments of the triathlon makes him, in spite of his youth, one of the rivals to beat.

Catriona Morrison «I train mainly in Scotland but I spend as much time as possible in Spain during the winter» Catriona Morrison is currently one of the most important triathletes, as demonstrated by her impressive list of accomplishments. She has earned three ﬁrst place wins in the Texas Ironman, the Ironman 70.3 Texas and the Ironman 70.3 St Croix, in addition to a bronze medal in the Abu Dhabi International Triathlon.

All of this, even after admitting to having Achilles tendon issues over the past seasons.

Gurutze Frades «Participating in triathlons fulﬁls me, it makes me feel good» Gurutz Frades is one of the most outstanding triathletes of the national scene. After reaching the Spanish Long Distance Championship in 2012, in 2013 he once again demonstrated his qualities and managed to both the medium and long distance Spanish championships.

Igor Amorelli «Compete and give your utmost» Brazilian triathlete that has demonstrated impressive results these last years. First in Ironman Brazil 2014, third in 2013 and 13th in the Kona Ironman 2013.

Miquel Blanchart «Triathlon makes me feel eternally like a child» Miquel Blanchart forms part of the new generation of Spanish Long Distance triathletes. THE E-BIKE REVOLUTION

BATTERY INTEGRATED INTO THE FRAME Its patented design with removable battery that is completely integrated into the frame converts the EVO into one of the most comfortable and completely innovative bicycles in design.

EXTERNAL PORT Its external port allows you to charge at any outlet without removing the battery.

SNOW SYSTEM* (total traction) Thanks to the installation of two motors, both rear and front, and a software that regulates and optimizes its use achieves a total traction control. Essential for preventing the tires from slipping in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, mud). It also has an economy setting in which two motors operate in coordination and work only in the high-efďŹ ciency areas. This gives it greater freedom.

INTERIOR CHARGE INDICATOR Inside the battery, there are 5 LED lights that indicate the level of charge of the EVO battery.

The narrow and stylized design of the diagonal tube with a 17% smaller cross section, gives the bike the aesthetic of a conventional bike. Its frame has been built to house the battery, preventing visual alterations and in this way, it maintains its rigidity. Its wide sporting range is enormously reactive and allows maximum efďŹ ciency in assisted-pedaling so that you can enjoy all types of terrains and technical areas.

RDS 350 W Rear Motor Its powerful 350 W motor, located on the rear tire and limited to 250W in order to balance the use of the motor and allows you to obtain the maximum performance in times of extreme use. Contains patented differentiators exclusively from BH. When the cyclist is using the wheel without resistance, the wheel is free of friction.

Has a side output motor cable to facilitate the output of the rear wheel. Has a ďŹ xed cassette system.

The procedure for extending a warranty 1 or 2 years can be accessed via www.bh-emotion.com • Electric bicycles will include an extended warranty card.

• Once this data has been entered, the system will check: - That the extended warranty date falls within the +1 month sale invoice date of the user. - That the bicycle model is MY2012, i.e., that it starts with the letter E.

• The end user may request a +1 or +2 extended warranty directly via our warranty web page, within one month from the purchase of the bicycle, and the following information must be provided for this purpose: - Type of extended warranty. Either “+1” o “+2”. - Model of bicycle for the warranty. - Battery serial number. - Extended warranty date. The date on which this is provided. - Sale invoice number given to the user. - Sale invoice date given to the user. - User name. - Address. - Telephone. - E-mail.

The system will use all that information to generate an extended warranty number and a pdf ﬁle (with the warranty number and conditions), which will be sent to the user by e-mail, once the payment has been received via the online payment gateway. • Furthermore, once this warranty number has been generated, a delivery note will be generated and an invoice will be issued according to the type of warranty (+1 o +2).

• For all warranty claims, the end user will be requested to provide the following at a BH store: - The sale invoice issued to the ﬁnal customer. - The battery serial number. - The bicycle model. The warranty can then be checked to determine if it is valid and in order. If this is the case, the battery will be replaced. Example: Extended warranty no.

EMOTION extended warranty conditions 1. The extended warranty speciﬁes that it covers the BH EMOTION electric bicycle battery. It also states that it is governed by the laws of the country in which it is purchased and it may only be applied to bicycles acquired at an authorised European BH EMOTION retailer.

5. The bicycle and the battery should be taken to an authorised BH EMOTION retailer of the country in which it was purchased in order to make a warranty claim. The bicycle must be fully assembled and the original invoice must be provided along with the purchase date (it should be kept in a safe place).

2. Batteries are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a 3 year period (extended warranty +1) or 4 year period (extended warranty +2), starting from the date on which it is purchased by the buyer from the authorised BH EMOTION retailer.

6. Following an in-depth review of the battery in question, all warranties are subject to the decision made by our engineers concerning the nature of the fault. 7. This extended warranty will be cancelled and rendered ineffective, in the following instances: - Improper use. - Negligent use. - When it is hired out. - For use in competition of any kind. - Repairs and/or maintenance. - Changes and/or modiﬁcations. - Accidents.

3. This extended warranty does not mean that the battery will not malfunction or that it will be last for an indeﬁnite period. It only implies that the battery is covered by the extended warranty, as set forth in the corresponding conditions. 4. This extended warranty only applies to the original buyer of a BH EMOTION electric bicycle and may not be transferred to any subsequent owners.

This extended warranty only covers batteries which were fully assembled when purchased and put together at an

authorised BH EMOTION retailer, or any other point of sale which has the express authorisation of BH EMOTION to market its bicycles. 8. This warranty does not cover: - Damage arising from faulty assembly and maintenance and/or the installation of pieces and accessories which are not compatible with the BH EMOTION bicycle. - Damage suffered by the original buyer of the bicycle, regardless of how the damage was caused. - Damage caused by the original buyer of the bicycle to third parties, regardless of how the damage was caused. - Gradual deterioration of the battery in the course of its intended use. 9. All labour expenses related to the application of the warranty are to be met by the owner of the bicycle. During the period of application of the warranty, BH will repair all batteries or, if necessary, will replace the battery with another of the same model or the most similar model from those available.

EASY MOTION General concepts

Concepts I. Repairs In order to offer an optimal after sales service for bh emotion bikes that are out of the warranty period or conditions, bh will replace the broken components of the electric system under a given budget.

After sales procedure 2. The warranty shall be invalidated in the following cases: • The bicycle has been damaged due to its use in competitions, jumps, descents, events or as a result of being exposed - or ridden - in extreme conditions or climate.

II. Replacements Bh will not sell replacement components to the dealers except for warranties or repairs. Batteries and chargers are not included.

III. Warranties In order to optimize after sales service for bh emotion bikes that are considered under the warranty period or conditions, bh will replace the broken components of the electric system for free. In normal conditions of use, conservation and maintenance, bh offers a 2 year warranty for material and manufacturing defects in the entire bicycle and electrical components. Regarding batteries, the warranty is valid for 2 years from the delivery date. This warranty only applies to the main owner and in no case and under no circumstance are the rights given by the warranty programme transferable. Consult the terms and conditions of the warranty in the warranty card which is provided separately with your bh emotion.

IV. Exceptions 1. The warranty does not apply to parts: which are subject to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, chain rings, direction, crankset and sprockets, providing that they do not present material or assembly defects.

• The bicycle has been used in an unsuitable way or any other way which is uncommon considering the type of bicycle. • The bicycle has not been repaired in accordance with the maintenance instructions manual.

V. Liabilities 1. Bh assumes no responsibilities regarding damages to (parts of) the bicycle produced by an incorrect adjustment of mobile bicycle parts, the unsuitable use and/or maintenance of the bicycle (including a late replacement of parts subject to wear and tear). 2. In the event that bh accepts a warranty claim, this does not imply, in any case, the acceptance of responsibilities due to the possible damages incurred. In the event of a dispute regarding damages suffered (subsequent), bh shall be exempt of any responsibility to that effect, as it is not legally bound to compensation. Any non-authorized manipulation of the electrical system’s components may be dangerous and shall be considered a reason for annulment of the warranty.

2015 2. Assembly

Any manipulation must be done with the battery and system disconnected.

Locate and remove the 2 screws that ﬁx the battery lock plate.

Remove the battery from the ebike.

Locate the 2 screws located in the down side of the frame, next to the bottom bracket.

At this point, the battery lock plate and the lock can be released from the frame.

Locate and remove the 2 screws that ﬁx the controller to the frame reinforcement plates.

Remove the 2 screws.

Locate and disconnect the plug that connects the controller to the BATTERY (white plug).

Locate and remove the 3 screws in the front of the bottom plastic case.

Remove the 2 screws that ﬁx the connector to the frame. Removing the bottom plastic case will be easier.

Locate and disconnect the cables that connect the controller to the MOTOR (BLUE, GREEN and YELLOR cables and 6 pin plug).

Locate and disconnect the cables that connect the controller to the TORQUE SENSOR (3 pin plug).

Move the bottom plastic case up until it is completely separated from the frame.

Locate and disconnect the cables that connect the controller to the DISPLAY PANEL (5 pin plug).At this point, the controller can be released completely. The 2 pin plug is for the light connection.

The electric cables are linked to the system through the display panel with you black plugs in the handlebar.

For the ďŹ nal assembly of the system, follow the previous instructions in reverse. For the perfect adjustment of the battery, the connector must be located in the correct position. The connector has 2 holes with gap that lets small movement for a perfect ďŹ tting.

15 Make sure that all the plugs are correctly connected. Any bad or incorrect connection may damage the system.

3.2 Replace the battery key

3.1 Replacement of the rear wheel Disconnecting the motor’s cable.

In case the user losses the battery key, please follow the steps in “Assembly - NEO-EVO” from step 1 to step 8 and release the lock from the plate by removing the screw.

3.3 Adjust the torque sensor The inaccurate adjustment of the torque sensor may cause incorrect functions in the motor assistance. For these cases, the controller software includes some additional securities to avoid any related risk. It is necessary to know how the torque sensor works in order to adjust it if any malfunction appears.

Unscrew the nut and also remove the rear washer, taking care to leave the opening of the black tube facing downwards.

The torque sensor reads the tension of the chain, which is proportional to the torque generated by the user on the pedal. It is mounted in the right-hand side rear drop out and it is joint to the frame by three M6 screws.

It is not necessary to remove the torque sensor to remove the rear wheel. The rear wheel can be easily removed, same as in a standard bicycle. Besides, the torque sensor is totally sealed and can be cleaned with water for a correct performance.

In case the torque sensor is removed, please apply the correct torque to the screws. An incorrect applied torque may generate an malfunction of the ebike.

Any manipulation must be done with the battery and system disconnected.

Slide the battery out and remove from its position.

Move the cables and connectors from the fuse case.

Locate and remove the screw that ﬁxes the chaincover.

Disconnect the plug of the display panel.

Remove the chaincover by sliding it throughout the crank.

Disconnect the plug of the front light.

Locate and remove the 2 screws that ﬁx the battery holder to the frame.

Locate and remove the screw that ﬁxes the left plastic cover.

Remove the left plastic cover by pushing it slightly towards the front wheel.

Push the ﬂange out of its position and move up the battery holder, until it is completely removed.

Remove the fuse case located in the bottom bracket of the frame.

Disconnect the 3 pins that are linked to the connector.

2015 3. Others 3.1 Replace the battery key In case the user losses the battery key, there are different cases: The battery is not in the ebike:

Locate and remove the 3 screws that ﬁx the motor to the frame.

The customer will take the battery lock cover by removing the screw

For the ﬁnal assembly, please follow the previous instructions in reverse. After that, the customer will remove the battery lock by unscrewing another screw.

14 Make sure that all the plugs are correctly connected. Any bad or incorrect connection may damage the system.

2 The customer will ask for a new battery lock and keys, according to the component list. The battery is in the ebike:

The customer shall drill and break the lock. Then the battery will be removed and the user can follow the previous instructions.

3.2 Incorporate the light The lights to be incorporated to PANASONIC IBS must have speciﬁc features: - Halogen light. - Light of 6V and 3W (without diode). Any light that does not accomplish with previous specs will break the 2A fuse of the electric circuit:
