State Grants License To Bel Air Psych Facility During Christmas Break By Courier Staff As The Courier was preparing to write a story about a 24hour care residential mental health facility in a private homeowners community with a provisional license that had been loudly and widely objected to, the Department of Social Services choose to use the Christmas break to issue a permanent license to the facility. Bridges to Recovery, located at 777 Sarbonne Rd. in Bel Air, received their provisional social rehabilitation facility license last August. Because of residents’ complaints, the provisional license was extended to Jan. 25. The permanent license was granted on Dec. 29.
