Year In Review: City Highlights Of 2013 By Victoria Talbot The past year has been a banner year for historic preservation in the City of Beverly Hills. In less than two years, the Cultural Heritage Commission has ambitiously begun a register of historic homes to be completed some time next year. It has designated 15 properties Beverly Hills historic landmarks, including Greystone mansion, City Hall, the Witch’s House, and The
