Today, we have the honor of recognizing your outstanding performance in 2018. Our company is committed to have a positive IMPACT on the businesses and lives of our associates. The numbers prove that our programs are working. This year, 74% of our award winners had a better year in 2018 than 2017. The group as a whole was up over 35% in sales volume versus the prior year. The Greater Metro Atlanta and North Georgia real estate market was up 1.5% in units and 7.4% in volume. You will also see that we changed the event format this year to allow more time to celebrate all our amazing award winners. There are incredible success stories and so many lives that were transformed in a positive way. As we look into 2019, the world of real estate is changing at a faster pace and that presents both risks and opportunity. We expect to see the best agents and companies gain market share while others feel the negative IMPACT of their inaction and failure to adapt. As you will see during our event today, our company will be leading our market with a FOCUS on the Habits of Success and a new set of IMPACT Activities and IMPACT Innovations to give our clients, customers and associates the competitive edge.

Corporate Relocation
In 2018, metro Atlanta attracted 41 new location announcements and welcome 36 corporate expansions. With the stellar performance of our associates, we earned several national performance awards this past year, managed a myriad of high profile group moves and continue to be recognized as the leader in relocation services in metro Atlanta and north Georgia. Although we are best known for moving the world to Georgia, the team also supports our associates when they have clients moving out of the area. This year, we achieved a company record when we paid one associate over $50,000 for a single outgoing referral.

Real estate has proven to be an important component of a diverse and solid wealth management strategy. Many of these investors need professional management services to maximize their investment and minimize their risk. Whether for new or seasoned investors, the value of property management extends beyond the lease term to cultivate relationships with your referred owners that position you for future opportunities when the owner is ready to sell or purchase additional properties. Our Commercial Real Estate Division had another very successful year in 2018. Congratulations to Gainesville, 400 North and Buckhead for the largest gains. We enhanced our Loopnet Premium Listings program to add more opportunities for exposure. The market for Commercial real estate remains strong with exciting opportunities over the next few years. Consumers recognized our team with the 2018 Consumer’s Choice Award for Commercial Real Estate. This makes 4 years in a row! Look for some exciting news coming soon with the introduction of the new Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Real Estate brand.
PRO GRAMS AND EVENTS Kickoff 2019: The Kickoff 2019 Event is January 23th at the Cobb Galleria. 2018 was another record year and we are so proud of your accomplishments. The theme of this year’s event is IMPACT 2019. There are 75 digital billboards lighting up the skies across Greater Metro Atlanta to congratulate and thank our associates for their outstanding performance. Social Media is buzzing with our #impact2019, #bhhsgeorgia and #bhhsga hashtags. Our Tagboard displays are showing real-time social posts. Dan Forsman highlights 2018 accomplishments, success stories and announces new innovations for 2019 that will take our performance to a higher level. Salesforce CRM Platform: We are excited to strategically partner with Salesforce – the leading CRM provider in the world. We are building our own version of the Salesforce platform that is highly customized for real estate. This will include contacts, contact sync, engagement plans, business plans, sales pipeline and performance dashboards and more. Salesforce Einstein Analytics/ AI Platform: Get ready to work smarter with the power of Einstein! We will be using Salesforce Einstein for lead scoring, analyzing data and predicting trends & insights for your business. Later this year, Einstein will get a voice! You will be able to give voice commands to perform tasks and access information from your CRM. Integration with Marketing REsource and Website Contacts: No more loading .csv files to send contacts from the Marketing REsource. Now you can easily select your existing contacts or groups from your Reliance website. This is one of many connections made easier by the REFLEX integration platform. Listing Input and High Res Photo Management: The new Bridge Interactive system allows staff or agents to enter listings in FMLS and MLS replacing the SWIFT dual-entry system. In addition, we can now add high resolution photos and send to FMLS, MLS and Zillow. This eliminates the MLS watermark for photos added to Zillow. In phase 2, we will syndicate these high res photos to all websites plus marketing platforms like the Marketing REsource and Xpressdocs. NEW Format for AnnounceMyNews: We are launching a new modern design for our AnnounceMyNews system. In addition, we will offer a Luxury Collection designs that can be enabled in your user profile. The AMN platform allows us to quickly share news and information that can easily be forwarded in email and shared on social media. Atlanta Real Estate Skill 2.0 for Alexa and Google Home: In 2019, we will be launching a series of new releases for our Atlanta Real Estate skill on Amazon Alexa and Google Home. The new releases include a new visual search on screen-based devices (i.e. Echo Show), a new open house search, adding the number of buyers actively looking for a property (Buyside), flash briefs and more.
