This market report provides an overview of Summit and Wasatch County real estate. We strongly believe our clients should have access to information that facilitates thoughtful real estate decisions. The Park City market remains highly segmented. Our town, its neighborhoods, and outlying areas differ significantly in terms of price, home type, features, and amenities. For example, while Deer Valley® and Prospector areas share the same zip code, average home prices in these two neighborhoods are very different.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1996, and later continuing his education at Cornell, Mark headed west to start his real estate career in Vail, CO. In 2007, Mark moved to Park City to manage the real estate sales at Montage Deer Valley through 2013. Active in the Park City community, he can be found on the trails, golfing, fly-fishing, and training his future Olympians on the slopes. Park City is home. Real estate is his passion.

Karin moved to Park City in 1992. During her career as a Realtor she has been very involved with the Board of Realtors and other community activities. She is a former Director of the Park City Board of Realtors and co-chaired the Environmental Issues Committee. She was a trustee for Recycle Utah and a two time recipient of the Professional Achievement Award. She was also an officer for the Western Mountain Resort Alliance.

Tim was born and raised in Montana and graduated from Montana State University. He had a 35+ year career as a ski racing coach. Ginny hails from Holladay, Utah. She moved to Midway, Utah after her family became involved with Soldier Hollow, a venue for the 2002 Olympic Games. Ginny fell in love with the beauty of the Wasatch Valley and decided to purchase land in the Northfields for her family farm and horses. In her “free time” she likes to trail ride with her son, daughter, and husband. She is also heavily involved with Wasatch High School and its Lacrosse teams.
