About the event Our East of England Apprenticeship Conference ‘One start every minute: The journey to 3m apprenticeships’ is aptly timed to examine how the planned growth in apprenticeships over the next 5 years will be achieved.

With the Government announcing a target of 3 million new apprentices by 2020, amongst a myriad of changes to the sector including trailblazers, the new levy, funding reforms, post-16 area reviews and devolved skills budgets, this event offers the policy insight and practical guidance needed by providers to create sustainable apprenticeship growth.

Facilitated by Sky News Royal Correspondent, Rhiannon Mills, we will bring together policy leaders from the National Apprenticeship Service, the Department for Work and Pensions and Careers and Enterprise Company, alongside representatives from Local Enterprise Partnerships, apprentices and businesses to provide expertise on: • The latest policy insight around
