Design gives me my own voice to convey messages and emotions that are important to me, to others or are simply beautiful. I love the fact that design is completely limitless as a creative process and its components such as photography, illustration, typography and more are robust and sophisticated. I love photography as a form of art that both helps me to come up with design solutions and stands independently.

OBJECTIVE T WA w a s o n e of t h e l e a d i n g a i r l i n e co m p a n i e s of i t s t i m e a n d h a d a h u g e i m p a c t o n te c h n o logical advancements in the air transportation area. In this rebranding project I transform a famous airline company to a future-focused organization and visionary leader of o u r t i m e a i m e d to f i n d a l te r n at i ve s o u rc e s of e n e rg y . T h e d e s i g n s o l u t i o n s of the hypothetical brand have a futuristic, daring, bold energetic and scientific feel to them.
APPROACH It is a fact that natural resources and minerals vital for the lives of humans and many animal species are diminishing as a result of endless extractions and other human activities. Scientists agree that alternative sources of energy in the near future will replace current sources such as natural gas and oil. The brand focuses on how we can achieve these goal efficiently without causing more harm to our environment in the meantime. The new Trans World Explorations (TWE) is conducting biological and biochemical explorations in search of natural resources in mountains, under the sea and space.

OUR LOGO ANATOMY The new logo design in based on 20° diagonals that represent speed and movement forward. The particular angle degree also has an important symbolic meaning since in 1920s Western Air Express (WAE) merged with Transcontinental Air Transport to form “TWA”. All the shapes of all the three letterform of the mark repeat the exact same X size. The negative space in between also answers back to the X size. The diagonals shapes along with an impetuous curve above convey the idea of a progress toward future, flight of thought and soul that goes back to core of the new TWE’s mission of evolution, exploration

APPROACH The photography I shot for this project has the sense of violence, decay and messiness that portray in Ritchie’s films. Cockney criminals struggle to survive in a heartbreaking wo r l d of c r i me. D o o med to fa i l they ma ke j o kes o u t of mi s er y a nd de st r uc t i on h aunt s them. Humor is used in the design, even in the name, since it’s always present in the Ritchie’s movies. Humor plays in contrast with intense color schemes, sharp angles and textures that portray the moral decay of his characters.

APPROACH I a i med to co nvey the s en s e of hi g h va l u e of thi s exc l u s i ve co l l ec t i on i n my de s i gn including photography, type and colors. The warm hues of gold are associated with book and vintage lovers, Baskerville caresses the eye with its grace and elegance, while photography shows some of the books. A sense of elegance and rareness is the visual character that I was aiming for.

APPROACH The hypothetical app helps you to fill in your skin and facial features, and according to that provides interactive options for different makeup done by professional artists. If you’re interested in skin care, you navigate through different sets of products and see how to apply them. The results are interactive and you can see them immediately on your face after taking your photo on your phone. I use bright feminine colors, and elegant greys to make it fun and fashionable.

Architecture’s b e i n g o n e o f t h e d ef i n i n g fe at u re s o f o u r i d e nt i t y re i m i n e d m e of t h e i m p o r t a n c e of protecting it and lead to my thesis project, which aims to preserve and restore the architectural heritage of the US.
APPROACH As one of its main activities Archistories organizes exhibits that present a particular style in a certain city in order to raise money and contribute to preservation programs. The distinctive Victorian structures of San Francisco are among the treasures of architectural heritage of the country, which makes it so important to preserve them. We can only protect something if we understand and appreciate it.
