Like every day, Mr. Tago takes his dog Seda for a walk. He is holding him with a long leash so that Seda can play. But that day was going to be different and special.

They start to walk and they find a lot of balloons on the floor.

Comezaron o paseo e polo cami単o atoparon moitos globos no chan. 3

Seda stops to look at them and smells them because he doesn’t know what they are. He decides that it is a good place to pee. “Come on Seda!”

“Imos Seda! Non enredes!” 4

When Seda starts to walk again, Mr. Tago looks at the balloons. Seda pulls and pulls but Mr. Tago continues looking at the red balloon.

Seda meets another dog and he starts to play with her. Suddenly, Mr. Tago, holding the balloon, starts to fly!

Seda atopouse cunha cadeliña e púxose a xogar con ela. De súpeto o Sr. Tago colle o 6 globo vermello e sae voando!

Mr. Tago is flying very very high above the trees. He cannot see the houses, the churches or his dog Seda.

Voa mooooi alto por enriba das รกrbores. Xa non se ve a Seda e as casas e as igrexas semellan moi pequenas. 7

In the sky, he meets a bird and he says hello. “Hi, Mr. Bird”

“Ola, Sr. Paxaro!”

8

But the bird cuts the ribbon of the balloon. Oh my god! Mr. Tago is so afraid of falling.

Ahhh!

Mais o paxaro córtalle a corda do globo. Que susto! O Sr. Tago morría de medo mentres caía. 9 Ahhh!

He falls on a weather-vane where there is a chicken. The red balloon keeps flying in the sky.

Foi caer enriba dun viraventos onde vivĂa unha galiĂąa. Mentres tanto, o globo vermello 10 segue voando no ceo.

At night, Mr. Tago and the chicken look at each other and slowly they fall asleep.

In the morning, the wind starts to blow and the weather-vane begins to spin around so fast that Mr. Tago loses his balance and falls.

Pola mañá levántase vento e o viraventos comeza a xirar tan rápido que o Sr. Tago perde o equilibrio e cae.

12

On a cloud! He is travelling again! From the cloud he goes to the top of a tree…

Sobre unha nube! Xa está outra vez de viaxe! E da nube pasa á copa dunha árbore... 13

…and when the wind blows again, Mr. Tago flies away on a tree’s leaf until he arrives at the sea. “Oh, a fish!” Mr. Tago says. “Hi!”

“Ola, Sr. Peixe!” 14

When he lands in the water, he rows and rows on the leaf until he arrives at the shore. He climbs a mountain because he doesn’t know where he is.

From the mountain, he sees a lot of pink trees. Pink trees? No! They are flamingos! Mr. Tago is very happy! He has finally found friends! He gets close and he smiles at them.

Desde alí ve unhas árbores rosas. Árbores rosas? Non! Son flamengos! Que contento se puxo o Sr. Tago! Por fin atopaba algún amigo! Achégase a eles e sorrilles. 16

The flamingos are scared and they fly away. But, what’s happening now? Mr. Tago meets a crocodile! Run, run Mr. Tago! Run away! And he runs and runs and runs! Until he finds a dog’s leash.

Os flamengos asústanse e botan a voar. Mais...que ocorre agora? O Sr. Tago está enriba dun crocodilo! Corre, corre, Sr. Tago! Fuxe! 17

It is Seda! How wonderful! We’ll be together forever!

Era Seda! Que alegría levou! Xa non nos separaremos nunca máis!
