or 28 years Bicycle SA has been the first port of call for riders from around the globe, with more than 30,000 people riding with us each year. We have more than 20 remarkable rides in our annual programme, and these pages reveal some of the very best. We’ve decided 2010 is the year to discover the majestic Flinders Ranges, both on road and off road. This slice of ancient country has recently been named one of Australia’s nine National Landscapes, joining other gems such as the Great Ocean Road, The Australian Alps and Kakadu. Those of you who have already experienced the Flinders Ranges will understand what makes it special. For everyone else, the wait is now over! Plus there’s plenty more we’re serving up elsewhere in South Australia in 2010, from the Fleurieu Peninsula to the mighty River Murray. We do things differently here. Bicycle SA is renowned for its boutique rides with limited numbers and a unique flavour all their own. So all you have to do is ride, make great friends, indulge in some of the best food and wine and immerse yourself in our amazing landscape. The perfect riding holiday. Make the journey to South Australia and let Bicycle SA show you the good stuff! Bicycle SA Inc

ome with us on a spectacular journey around the Flinders Ranges. With 600 million years of secrets waiting to be revealed, it is home to one of the greatest adventures of your life. What’s it like on Tour? Exert yourself for half the day, then relax with a coldie and share stories as the sun sets over the mountain peaks. Tomorrow is just another beautiful day and another great ride with your mates. The Annual Tour is a roady ride, but there are a couple of days when you can get off the bitumen and ride the rough stuff, if you’re that way inclined.

he Outback Epic showcases the best riding the Mawson Trail has to offer. Over five days, test your knobblies from the top end of the Finders Ranges to the foot of Mount Remarkable. Every day is a smorgasbord of single track and dirt roads, traversing the dramatic landscape that is the Flinders Ranges. Some days are gnarly, but the campsite is your home away from home – hot showers, a massage and plenty of good food, red wine and cold beer. And each evening the sun dips, the stars come out and we share stories around the campfire. Pure magic. For that extra edge you also get to rub shoulders with the adrenalin-fuelled teamsters competing in the inaugural KONA MAWSON MTB MARATHON (see page 8). As a bonus everyone finishes in Melrose for the FAT TYRE FESTIVAL, a long weekend in MTB heaven with hundreds of fellow fat tyre friends. Numbers limited, so get in early before it sells out. Small is beautiful.

If riding non-stop is not your thing, you can tackle the Kona Mawson MTB Marathon in four set stages, from 8 to 12 June:
