Troy has a very hands-on, personal approach to managing people and projects. As Vice President of Stephenson Construction, Inc., He managed numerous aspects within the building process of over 6,000 new homes in multiple states.

Mil Younkers, Board Member

For over 23 Years, Mil has held regional and national executive positions in purchasing and supply chain procurement with national homebuilders. Rob Kabza, Board Member

Rob has over 20 years of executive management experience with the 2nd largest homebuilder in the United States. He has built a vast network of trusted business relationships within the homebuilding industry.

Joey has an extensive entrepreneurial background in real estate sales and development.
