BIDV's new generation SmartBanking is consistent on internet and mobile channels

On 20 March BIDV officially launched its SmartBanking app - a totally new digital banking service offering plentiful outstanding advantages and features.
The introduction of the new service marks a major milestone in the bank’s overall digital transformation strategy, providing customers with the best transaction experience on BIDV’s digital channels.
Combining the two current channels Internet Banking (BIDV Online) and Mobile Banking (BIDV SmartBanking), BIDV’s new SmartBanking digital banking service offers a seamless and totally new experience to customers in terms of interface, log-in, limits, features and utilities on a range of devices including PC, laptop, smartphone and tablet.
The new digital banking service promises to bring various new and simplified experiences to customers, including easy and consistent login and transaction on different channels with only one username and password, as well as launching new exciting features such as eKYC, QR code withdrawal, and top-up for physical medical cards, amongst others.

Continuous innovation is BIDV’s motto for service development. with a specialised version for Apple watch, the app helps speed up any activity related to the user’s bank account without using a smartphone or computer, while account information security is still ensured.
Recently BIDV has launched the app version of BIDV SmartBanking via Smart keyboard. This is the first banking app in Vietnam that enables customers to conduct banking transactions even while chatting. with this feature, while chatting to others on messaging apps (via Zalo, Viber, Messenger or iMessage), customers still can perform banking transactions quickly and easily without needing to switch between apps.
