An Aggie Returning Home It is our distinct privilege to welcome back our Master of Ceremonies for tonight’s event, Amanda Butterfield. You might remember cheering for her as a soccer player for the Aggies from 1997-2000. We now take great pride in being able to cheer for her as one of Utah’s bright young women in the workplace. Utah State 2014 Aggie Auction Instructions 1. Everyone attending is assigned a bid number and is eligible to bid in the Live and Silent Auctions.

This will conclude our Silent Auction. You can checkout directly from your smartphone and collect your items at the checkout desk located in the lobby following the Live Auction.

9. Donors and/or purchasers of auction items or services should consult their own tax advisors regarding any questions concerning the possibility of tax deductibility.

3. The Live Auction will begin during dinner and continue until all items are sold. 4. Cashiering will be available electronically on your phone or by contacting an AuctionByCellular representitive. Checkout is also available in the lobby after 8:00 p.m. and will continue after the completion of our Live Auction. 5. You can either request a copy of your payment form from the Utah State staff at checkout or use the paid invoice on your phone at the pick up station to claim your merchandice. Certificates will be available at that same location. 6. FULL PAYMENT for Silent and Live Auction items is required on Friday, April 11, 2014 and can be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. A 6.6% Utah sales tax will be charged on the purchase of auction merchandise except for certificate items which the purchaser will pay when the certificate is redeemed. 7. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds except where stated. 8. Dollar values placed on items being auctioned are estimates of retail value, and are not warranted by the Big Blue Scholar-

The Utah State Auction 2014 staff reserves the right to change, add, or remove from either the Live or Silent Auction any item it deems appropriate even though the item may have been previously advertised, listed in the electronic or printed program, or verbally indicated as being offered for auction. 11. All certificate items for goods and/or services must be negotiated with the donor for redemption within thirty (30) days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. 12. All items small enough to easily transport must be removed from the Riverwoods Conference Center by the end of the evening, April 11, 2014. Items that are difficult to transport may be arranged for pickup, shipping, or delivery to you the week following the event. If you would like your items to be delivered or shipped please talk to Alex Cook at the checkout desk after the auction. Donations for delivery service are encouraged, though not required, and can be added to your total when checking out. 13. Pickup Arrangements All items should be removed from the Riverwoods Conference Center tonight. Please take all items that were won tonight with you if possible. There will be a few Aggie student-athletes available to help you load your car after the event. If you are unable to take your items with you tonight, pick-up arrangements can be made by contacting Alex Cook at the checkout desk after the auction. 12

Utah State 2014 AuctionsByCellular Instructions 1) Register your cell phone: To place bids on auction items or to make a donation, register with an AuctionsByCellular staff member in the “auction staff ” shirts. ABC staff members will be present at the event to be your “Personal Shopper” if you prefer not to bid via your cell phone. 2) Bid via SMARTPHONE: Click the BLUE link in your welcome text message and it will take you to your personal bidding page. Click on an item you would like to bid on. The ABC Smart System prepopulates with the next minimum bid so all you have to do is push BID. If you’d like to go higher just enter a new amount and push BID. To have the ABC Smart System automatically bid for you to a designated amount please select AUTO and enter a higher amount.
