Staff at both hospitals have been working hard to prepare for the anticipated spike in increased admissions due to winter illnesses.

Last autumn we expanded four wards at Peterborough City Hospital to create an additional 12 beds and we are currently undertaking building works to create 12 more on a further four wards to help us meet the demands of the inevitable periods of high pressure this winter.

At the same time our staff have been having their flu vaccinations to help protect them, and our patients, against the virus. This is vital that we can continue to deliver a good service to patients and I would like to thank all those staff members who have supported this important programme. More information on our plans for taking care of patients this winter are on page 10.

Redevelopment work at Stamford Hospital is due to commence in early December. This will see the relocation of the pain management suite and a re-vamp of other outpatient facilities. We are all looking forward to the delivery of an MRI scanner early in the new year which will be permanently housed at Stamford Hospital. More details on this exciting development are on page 9.

Since the last edition of Pulse magazine, our board has approved a Full Business Case for our Trust to merge with Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust in order to ensure the delivery of sustainable clinical services to patients across Peterborough, the rest of Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire in the future. Our planned date to merge will be 1 April 2017. In joining both Trusts, we have pledged not to lose all that is unique about the cultures of each of the three hospitals in Stamford, Peterborough and Hinchingbrooke. By working together we can become clinically stronger to maintain and improve the care provided to patients at all three hospital sites. We are not planning to move the location of any services - our commitment is to provide care that is better, safer and local.

We are also confident that we can become a more attractive place for new and existing staff to work. By merging we can make savings year on year that will contribute towards reducing the collective deficits of both Trusts. In our Spring edition of Pulse magazine (due out in March 2017), there will be an update on our progress on the merger implementation work.

Hospital staff welcome Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt Secretary of State for Health, Jeremy Hunt, visited Peterborough City Hospital on Friday 11 November where he met staff and toured a number of departments.

Mr Hunt visited Ward A8 to see the benefits of some new inpatient dialysis machines which have been installed on the ward. He was also shown how the Trust has expanded the ward by an extra three beds as part of a larger programme to create 12 more beds to manage the expected increase in patients this winter.

Mr Hunt was also taken on a tour of the hospital’s Chemotherapy Day Unit, where he met staff and patients, before stopping off for a cup of tea and a chat with a group of staff in the hospital restaurant.

Our Chief Executive, Stephen Graves, said: “I’d like to thank the Secretary of State for taking the time to visit our hospital and give our staff the chance to discuss at length the challenges of working within the NHS. We were pleased to have the opportunity to show him our fantastic facilities and to show him how compassionate and dedicated our staff are.”

Welcome to the new Lead Governor We welcome Chris Chew in his role as lead governor for the Trust.

Chris, who lives in Spalding and is a Rotary past district governor for a wide local area. He has been a governor at the Trust since 2009 and took over the role from Mark Bush, who was the Lead Governor since 2011 and had completed three full terms as a Trust governor in September.

Chris said: “I am proud to be taking over from the strong leadership of Mark Bush. I have gained a considerable knowledge and understanding of the challenge faced by the Trust’s leadership team in the past six years and I want to use this to further support the Trust for the future.”

In a statement released after his visit, Jeremy Hunt said: “Every patient in Peterborough rightly expects the best possible quality of care and services, especially over the busy winter months. Clearly work is well underway to make sure that the Trust is as prepared as possible, and I appreciate the efforts I’ve seen here today to create a safe and caring environment, where patients are treated with dignity and respect.”

Staff Council Quiz fundraiser The Staff Council organised a successful staff quiz night recently at the Peterborough United football ground. Over 25 teams of staff attended the successful and very popular event which raised an impressive £540! The funds were divided between the Christmas Love from Lapland campaign and future staff events. Trust Nurse awarded Queen’s Nurse title Occupational Health Nurse, Angela West has been awarded the title of Queen’s Nurse by community nursing charity, The Queen’s Nursing Institute.

Angela received the prestigious title for demonstrating commitment to high standards of patient care, learning and leadership.

Angela said: “I am honoured to be awarded such an esteemed title and would like to thank those who supported my application. I look forward to working with my fellow Queen’s nurses to share best practice and support the delivery of excellent patient care.”

Cancer Nurse Specialist pushes herself to the limit For most people, biking from London to Paris and cycling in the Alps would be a huge challenge, but one Cancer Nurse Specialist at Peterborough City Hospital has completed these endurance events despite suffering with Addison’s and Graves’ disease.

Both of these conditions can leave PaulaJoanne Bloodworth comatose at any time and without warning.

Addison’s and Graves’ disease attack the immune system and medical experts have advised that exercise such as this could potentially accelerate her symptoms. However after losing her dad to prostate cancer in 2010 and meeting cancer patients everyday as part of her role, she is determined that her condition will not stop her from completing these endurance challenges.

She said: “As a Cancer Nurse Specialist I have been inspired by so many people on their cancer journey. It is a journey that is not easy at all and so I want to do something that doesn’t come easy to me.

“I am conscious that having Addison’s and Graves’ disease restricts what I could be doing, but my dad never had the opportunity to travel and once I complete each challenge I leave a little memento of him there.”

Mel said “Mortuaries have a long standing reputation for being dark, creepy places. In reality, it is similar to another ward of the hospital, with the only difference being that our patients are deceased.

“Care of the patient continues even after death and the team always goes the extra mile to ensure that the bereaved and the deceased are looked

after as if they were a family member.”

APTs are trained in clinical examination work as well as in Bereavement support services.

We are increasing our training opportunities and Marisa Dodds is one of our current Trainee APTs. Marisa said ‘I find this job very rewarding knowing that I can help the Pathologist to find answers when someone’s loved one has passed away and that I am able to provide support to them in their time of loss.”

SUPPORTING OUR PATIENTS

60 seconds with midwife, Harriet Bloom Women under the care of the Maternity Unit at Peterborough City Hospital have the option of giving birth at home, in the Midwifery-led Birthing Unit or the Delivery Suite. Those who give birth on the Delivery Suite may be cared for by Harriet Bloom, who has been a midwife for three years.

“Each family that arrives on the unit has their own unique story and as a midwife I get to be part of that, supporting them as they bring their new arrival into the world. My first part of delivering a baby is to ensure that the family trust me to help them, which can be a challenge when they feel so vulnerable. I always try and make them feel as comfortable as possible, reassuring them that they are in safe hands.”

Women have the option to use a number of birthing aids during labour, including a birthing pool, a

birthing ball etc.

“As soon as a baby is born, I place them skin to skin with their mum and step back to watch the scene unfold. It’s such a special experience for each family – watching the partner’s face turn from panic to complete joy and catching the eye of a proud new mother is definitely the best part of my day.”

A midwife’s job does not stop there; once the baby is delivered, midwives continue to care for mum and baby.

“Once the baby has arrived, the next step is to deliver the placenta and ensure there isn’t any excessive bleeding. After mum and baby have settled onto the postnatal ward, I make sure mum is recovering well, weigh and examine the baby, provide help with breastfeeding and give advice to the new parents.”

“At the end of my shift, I go home feeling proud of what I have achieved.”

Trust commended for New Internal work supporting carers Ward Assessment Scheme - CREWS launched The Trust has been awarded the Care Quality Award by Lincolnshire Carers and Young Carers Partnership after implementing new initiatives across both Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals to recognise and support unpaid carers.

Deputy Chief Nurse, Lesley Crosby received the award on behalf of the Trust at a ceremony held at Peterborough City Hospital.

She said: “We recognise that carers are a valuable source of help and we

are committed to ensuring they are identified, supported and signposted to the relevant support services.

Our Carers’ Advisor, Teresa Jude has worked closely with staff to ensure they are trained to help carers access resources available to them.”

The Trust has introduced extended visiting hours and concessionary parking, where appropriate, for carers. Carers are also given the opportunity to stay overnight by the patient’s bedside after a recent donation of two fold-up Z-beds.

The Trust has launched a new internal ward assessment and accreditation scheme called CREWS. This scheme is aligned to the five Care Quality Commission (CQC) key lines of enquiry: Caring, Responsive, Effective, Well-led and Safe.

Each ward area will undergo an assessment by a clinical team, following which a report will be collated and a rating accredited of either: Inadequate, requires improvement, good or outstanding (CREWS status).

The ward management team will then be required to meet the recommendations suggested and the ward will undergo a re-assessment within recognised timeframes.

Patients and relatives will notice a ratings grid on display in the ward area to advise the current rating.

This scheme is an example of Outstanding Patient Experience - which is one of the five workstreams that underpin the Trust’s G2O (Good to Outstanding) programme.

IMPROVING OUR SERVICES

Local artist designs artwork for prayer rooms Patients, visitors and staff from the Muslim community can now enjoy spiritual artwork when visiting the Faith Centre at the City Hospital, thanks to local artist, Faisal Hussain.

Faisal worked with the Trust’s Muslim Chaplain, Tausif Khan, to create a Mihrab. This is a niche in the wall of a mosque, at the point nearest to Mecca, in the male and female prayer rooms. The intricate design is painted on the South-East wall of each room to indicate the direction of the Ka’aba in Mecca - the direction that Muslims face when they pray.

Tausif Khan, Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals’ Muslim Chaplain said: “On behalf of everyone at the Trust, I would like to thank Faisal for volunteering his time and all of his hard work. We hope that the Mihrab brings Muslims, from all denominations, comfort during their prayers and contemplation.”

Improving our Maternity Services Over the last couple of months, the Maternity Department has been working hard to improve services for pregnant women and their families. They have introduced two new initiatives: smoking cessation clinics for pregnant women and overnight stays for partners and birthing companions.

Smoking cessation clinics for pregnant women The Trust is working in collaboration with Peterborough City Council to offer a new antenatal smoking cessation clinic for pregnant women under the care of the Maternity Unit.

The clinics run every Wednesday morning in the antenatal outpatients department from 9am to 12.30pm and women can either book an appointment or drop-in.

Nicky Griffin, Outpatient Lead Midwife at Peterborough City Hospital, said: “Peterborough is above the national average for smoking during pregnancy and we want to reduce this by making sure all women have access to the resources and support required to help them quit. We hope by offering

this new service more women will be encouraged to give up smoking during their pregnancy.

Overnight stays for partners and birthing companions The department has purchased 12 reclining chairs as part of a new initiative that offers partner/birthing companions the opportunity to stay overnight with mum and baby or pregnant women who are being induced.

The initiative is being trialled within maternity inpatient wards. The reclining chairs are situated by the mother’s bedside, allowing either partner or their birth companion to stay with them, to provide ongoing support.

Fran Gregory, Head of Midwifery, said: “We recognise the important role that partners and birthing companions play in reducing stress and anxiety among pregnant women and new mothers.

It is important that we facilitate this where possible. Overnight stays also helps both parents bond with their new arrival.”

New Cancer Wellbeing Service success In September we launched a new Cancer Wellbeing Service, based in the Robert Horrell Macmillan Centre, which specifically helps people living with and beyond cancer as well as their families and carers.

This is a new service for the Trust and provides invaluable support such as art and creative therapies, complementary therapies, emotional and financial support, information and a drop-in service for a friendly, listening ear.

Many of our visitors have been those attending hospital cancer services for treatment or follow up appointments. However, support is available to anyone affected by cancer in Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

Kathy Dickinson, Macmillan Wellbeing Project Manager, said: “We have been really pleased with the response so far. People like our open access drop in facility which helps them to get support when they need it.”

NEW DEVELOPMENTS

Customer Service Training Course success Learning and Development Trainer, Georgina Coop has been busy training staff on a new course on good customer service.

As part of our Good to Outstanding (G20) campaign, the importance of delivering outstanding service in all areas of the Trust is underlined in this course with a breakdown of how we all deal with our ‘customers’ – be it a patient or a co-worker.

Taking time to explore customers’ expectations, their preconceptions

versus their actual experience, and incorporating the Trust’s values of Creative, Caring and Community all help towards happy patients and staff.

The training has been well received by attendees, with feedback such as: “Brilliant course, I learnt a lot (even after many years of dealing with members of the public and never really having a negative response) there’s always more to learn.”

New module buildings being put in place for renal expansion

Renal Department expansion update Construction work to expand outpatient haemodialysis (renal) services at Peterborough City Hospital began in November. The Trust has been working in partnership with Leicester Hospitals and Renal Services Ltd on the project, which is on track to see the unit open in early 2017.

Senior managers go back to their roots Kay Ruggiero, Karen Pearce, Jeanne Howard and Sue Somers – all senior managers of the Surgical, MSK, Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care directorate have returned to their roots and are working shifts on the ‘shop floor’. This new initiative means that senior managers will retain their clinical skills as well as reducing the agency use in areas which have high vacancies.

Jeanne, Assistant General Manager (AGM) is taking up shifts in the ophthalmology outpatients department. Karen, Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be working on a surgical ward. Sue Somers, AGM, has already completed several shifts in her former Operating Department Practitioner role.

Kay, who is General Manager for surgery, MSK, theatres, anaesthetics and intensive care has been working on ward B5. She said: “I have found being back on the ward thoroughly enjoyable, although physically tiring.

The unit will be located adjacent to Peterborough City Hospital and will have 10 additional dialysis stations. This will enable more dialysis patients across the region to undergo dialysis sessions closer to home as some currently have to travel to neighbouring hospitals.

Congratulations to our Graduates In October, 27 of our Trust staff received acknowledgement following the completion of their NVQs and Care Certificates at a Graduation Ceremony.

This was the second graduation event of the year, which is a chance for the Trust to celebrate the dedication and commitment that our staff have shown, by studying alongside their work commitments.

Gail Reilly, NVQ Coordinator, said: “This is a great opportunity for us to highlight the achievements that our staff have made by completing their studies and continuing to work in a very busy environment. Our staff should be very proud of their success.”

“Initially I was slightly anxious about how I would cope with the physical demands of a long shift but the time flew by and I enjoyed the work. I was really thankful that my nursing colleagues were extremely supportive and helpful in my first shift on an NHS ward in over 30 years.”

SUPPORTING OUR STAFF

Paramedic pilot in Emergency Department New role expands opportunities for clinical staff A new alternative clinical role has been introduced within the emergency department – the Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP).

ACPs are registered clinicians who have been trained to independently see and treat patients, from minor to major problems, to those requiring life-saving interventions. This builds on roles already in place within the Trust of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Nurse Practitioner, and raises the level of autonomous practice. Importantly this role is open to all health professionals registered with either the Nursing & Midwifery Council or Health & Care Professions Council, and is inclusive of professions such as pharmacist, physiotherapist and paramedics.

The Emergency Department (ED) at PCH is trialling the use of paramedics working alongside hospital staff, to alleviate the pressures of such a busy working environment, and to create an additional career path for community-based clinicians.

“We really value the work paramedics do within our department,” says Helen Mercer, Lead Nurse for ED. “They are skilled in emergency care and we recognised that by creating a new role within the department, we could also offer an

innovative new career.”

There are currently four trained paramedics allocated within the workforce each day. The pilot has been very successful, and we will shortly be recruiting from this resource.

“We’ve already seen a noticeable difference since we began the pilot.

The specific skill set of a paramedic is well matched to the needs of our Emergency Department, and the position has complemented our existing clinical team in a very positive way.”

The ACP role will work alongside the current medical team as they progress from junior levels through to senior grade. A significant difference is that as ACPs, there is no rotation to other hospitals and departments, enabling the development of a core group of clinicians in one location.

Sister Jo Walker and Sister Amy Smith have commenced their ACP training. Other nurse practitioners within the Trust are already well aligned to this new role with Sister Fiona Greenfield taking up a role in Respiratory and Sister Julie Holroyd working in Cardiology.

New Associate Physician position created Laura Hastings, a student partway through her Masters Degree in Physician Associate Studies, has undertaken a new role at PCH. “The Associate Physician role I’m currently in completes the clinical placement aspect of my course,” says Laura. “The role originated in America and has since extended to the UK to provide an additional layer to the structure of the NHS and reduce the workloads of doctors, as well as to provide good continuity of care to patients.”

Physician Associates are healthcare professionals who, under the

supervision of doctors, work to the medical model to perform a variety of tasks and procedures. They are involved in taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, formulating differential diagnoses, generating management plans, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. “The role is perfect for me.” says Laura. “It consists of the medical knowledge that I am very passionate about and I get to perform a variety of procedures and be part of a multidisciplinary team while being part of a pioneering new career.”

STAMFORD HOSPITAL

News from the Friends of Stamford Hospital The Friends of Stamford Hospital recently held their annual Bill Packer Memorial Lecture where Professor Robert Harris, CEO of the Lakeside Healthcare Group was invited to speak. The Lakeside Group is a partnership of several General Practices including all three Stamford practices. He has worked in the healthcare field for many years.

The charity has also launched a book based on the story of Stamford Hospital sisince it opened in 1823 after the death of Henry Fryer, a prominent local surgeon. The book includes the history as told in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. You can pick up your copy of the new book from the reception desk at Stamford Hospital.

Stamford Hospital launches Christmas campaign Stamford Hospital has launched an appeal asking staff, patients and visitors to donate gifts for elderly residents in the local area.

In addition to taking part in the Love from Lapland campaign, staff have decided to give back to the local community and ensure that older people in Stamford received at least one gift this Christmas.

Sue Brooks, Matron and Site Manager at Stamford Hospital, said: “The festive season can be a lonely time for some; especially those who do not have family close by to visit them. We are hoping that we can brighten up their Christmas with a gift.

“We’re asking people to donate a gift suitable for an older person, either male or female, and wrap it before dropping it off at the reception desk at Stamford Hospital before 16 December.”

Please be aware that second hand gifts or food items cannot be accepted due to our infection control policy and dietary requirements of patients.

Stamford Hospital redevelopment The redevelopment of Stamford Hospital is in progress. The new MRI scanner will be delivered on site in the early morning of Saturday 7 January 2017 to avoid traffic disruption. We should be able to accept patients from mid-January. It is anticipated that this exciting addition to the Stamford site will increase the patient attendance to an additional 8,000 visits over the year.

Patient and nurse reunited after 60 years Pictured left is Kevin Fisher from Bourne who was admitted to Stamford Hospital children’s ward in 1955 at the age of five, with TB meningitis.

Photographed right, is nurse Betty Vellum who treated Kevin. Betty,

previously known as Sister Lovell, is now 87 years old. Kevin presented Betty with a framed photo of them both, along with some flowers.

She even remembered Kevin and his parents after all this time and the photo has been donated to the museum at Stamford Hospital.

In a few weeks we anticipate that builders will be on site, as they begin the first of three phases of the redevelopment works. The first phase will involve the relocation of the pain management service to the east end of the site and the creation of some additional clinic rooms. The second phase will see the redevelopment of the health clinic area to create a new phlebotomy suite and chemotherapy suite and to upgrade the whole building. This will enable the hospital to offer more outpatient appointments in a variety of specialities. The final phase will involve creating a new X-ray booking office and an update of the reception area and corridors As the programme of works continues, we will ensure that our members, staff and visitors are kept up to date through Pulse and on the Trust website.

WINTER SEASON

Festive Fun Staff at the Trust have launched a campaign to spread some festive magic to all patients who will be in hospital over Christmas.

The Love from Lapland campaign will ensure every patient – from newborns and their mums to the elderly – will still get a visit from Santa and receive a special gift to unwrap on Christmas Day. Jo Bennis, Chief Nurse, said: “We know that for some patients, Christmas can be a particularly lonely time, especially if they do not have any visitors or family nearby to visit them. With our Love from Lapland campaign, we hope that a small gift will show that despite being poorly and having to remain in hospital, patients can still enjoy Christmas and be part of the celebrations.

“We would like to say a special thanks to the Friends of Peterborough Hospital and the Friends of Stamford & Rutland Hospital for kindly supporting the campaign.

“However, we are still looking for support from the local community. Occupational Health Flu team

Getting ready for Winter Staff at both Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals are preparing for the winter season, by putting plans in place for the increasing pressures that we face each year.

In October the Trust launched its annual flu campaign, to ensure that as many staff as possible are vaccinated against the most common strains of the virus.

Last year 13 patients were admitted to Peterborough City Hospital with severe complications as a result of flu.

These patients were aged between 2 and 110 years old, which shows that the virus can affect people of all ages.

This is why staff at the Trust are working hard to make sure they do everything they can to avoid the spread of the virus by having their vaccine.

October also saw the start of our building work to increase the number of beds on our wards.

Wards A2, A8, A3 and A9 will each have an additional three beds which will create 12 more beds in the hospital.

Joanne Bennis, Chief Nurse, said: “These extra beds are needed because we know that our hospital currently has to work over the recommended occupancy. This creates a higher turnover per patient bed and can potentially put a strain on both staff and the systems we operate. In order to ensure we continue to work safely, provide excellent quality care and create the most comfortable and positive patient experience possible, this work must be carried out.”

Star-studded evening for staff at Annual Awards ceremony The annual staff awards proved to be a huge success this year, taking place on Friday 21 October at the Marriott Hotel in Peterborough.

Photos of the event can be found on the Trust’s website, with further details of those who won and were highly commended.

“It was a really fantastic and uplifting evening, full of both laughter and tears at the very deserved and moving nominations we heard,” says Rob Hughes, Chairman.

Overall, there were eight categories that mirrored the monthly staff awards, with the addition of the Hospital Hero award, voted for by members of the public and judged by The Peterborough Telegraph.

“It was incredibly difficult to choose winners and highly commended staff members and teams,” says Ian Crich, Director of Workforce and Organisational Development. “Every single nomination was worthy and I think we all felt very humbled on the evening, listening to the wonderful work being carried out and the commitment and dedication to patients, colleagues and the Trust as a whole.”

Thanking our Outstanding Fundraisers To celebrate International Day of Charity, the Trust invited members of the public who have raised funds for the Trust over the past year to a special fundraisers event at the City Hospital.

Our outstanding fundraisers were given the chance to meet the executive team and find out more about how their donations have helped patients in a variety of important ways.

Kanchan Rege, Medical Director said: “We wanted to hold an event in recognition of all the effort and dedication that each fundraiser has put in to support various departments.

We also had items like the magic carpet from the children’s ward on display which we were able to purchase with money raised from some of the fantastic fundraising that goes on.”

Membership The last membership meeting of the year was at Stamford Hospital on Thursday 6 October. It was very well attended with over 50 people in the Meeting Hall.

Stephen Graves, Chief Executive introduced the meeting with news on the Stamford Hospital redevelopment plans and updated Members’ on what is to come in the future.

He thanked the Friends of Stamford for their generous donations this year, which have enabled new equipment to be bought and décor revamped.

Bank staff role leads to bigger things for Susana We have approximately 550 bank staff in our Flexible Staffing Service, who support and fill any potential staff shortfalls in both clinical and administration functions.

Susana Caetano works in the Emergency Department as a Senior Health Care Assistant and was a bank staff member for four years, before being appointed permanently 18 months ago.

She said: “I started working on the staffing bank due to commitments at home, where I couldn’t work on a Saturday. But being on the bank meant I could pick and choose what days and shifts I could do.

“In the full five and a half years since starting work in ED, I have never been on a shift without being thanked by other people on the team, at all levels of seniority. It really is a great place to work.”

He confirmed that planning permission has been granted for the Trust’s third MRI scanner, to be housed on the Stamford site.

After an initial three months, this is intended to be a seven-day facility which will enable us to scan an additional 7,000 patients a year at Stamford.

then presented the case for merging with Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust, answering questions from the audience at the end.

Work has commenced on building a wider membership base to vote for public and staff governors who can represent the areas served by both Trusts. Public members can vote for their local governors to ensure each area is represented.

Representation will be proportionate to the size of population served by each hospital.

Therefore Stamford, South Lincs and Huntingdonshire will each have six public governors and Greater Peterborough will have seven.

Proposal in the delivery suite There was excitement on the delivery suite of Peterborough City Hospital on Thursday 6 October. Not only had Lauren French and partner Shane Brinkley welcomed their new arrival Navaeh Rose, but Shane also had another surprise in store for Lauren – he wanted to propose!

“I wanted to make the proposal different – I’d been planning it for eight months. It was really difficult to keep secret, only Lauren’s mum and my best mate knew I was going to do it,” said Shane.

Soon after her birth, Shane dressed Nevaeh in a special outfit and handed her back to Lauren.

Little Nevaeh was wearing a vest with “Mummy, will you marry my Daddy?” on it.

Lauren was so shocked, she had to be prompted to reply by Shane.

The newly-engaged couple have since settled at home with Nevaeh and she has received lots of visitors already. Lauren said “Nevaeh is settling down brilliantly in her new surroundings, she has made my family complete. We haven’t yet had a chance to plan for the wedding, but would like it to be in 2018. We are hoping to have the chance to sit down and discuss it properly very soon, in between naps!”
