Updates Complaints and Reportable Incidents Wow, how are these for some destressing figures? Last financial year the NDIS Commission received 4,469 complaints from participants (17 per working day) about Provider Practice 48%, Provider Policies 20%, Worker Conduct 19% (850) and alleged abuse and neglect 13%. What is more concerning is there have been 311,040 reportable incidents including sexual misconduct, death, unlawful physical, serious injury and alleged abuse and neglect. Of these the huge majority 302,690 were for unauthorised use of restrictive practices.
