As a five-time CEO and mergers and acquisitions expert, he has spent much of his career tackling some of the world's most complex technical challenges. Based in Washington, DC, he has led teams and individuals across various sectors, focusing on the aerospace, defense, and technology industries. Most notably, Bill served as the CEO of Firefly Aerospace, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s space transportation operations. Under his leadership, Firefly became known for its end-to-end launch, landing, and orbiting solutions, catering to customers in the rapidly evolving space industry. His visionary leadership played a key role in establishing the company as a competitive player in the space sector, which continues to grow in importance globally. Bill’s journey to leadership began in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University. He continued his education at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, completing the Executive Program. Before entering the business world, Bill Weber served as an airborne ranger in the US Army.
