There is no surcharge for payments made by cash, cheque or direct transfer to Our nominated bank account. 1.3 Your Tour Price includes all coach and cruise travel; the services of a Cruise Director (if applicable) and/or Tour Director; airport transfers outside Australia; meals as specified in Your Itinerary; internal flights as specified In Your Itinerary; accommodation; sightseeing and admissions, where stated; port charges; all gratuities and tipping on land tours and river cruises operated by Us; and any other specific inclusions identified in Your Itinerary. 1.4 Unless expressly listed in Your Itinerary as an inclusion, Your Tour Price does not include airfares; airline taxes; additional optional activities; accommodation upgrades; meals not specified in Your Itinerary; drinks; laundry; passport fees; visas; vaccinations; medical assistance; government taxes and charges (excluding GST); or any items or expenses of a personal nature. 1.5 Unless stated as an inclusion in Your itinerary, overnight accommodation required to meet Your Tour and/or any flight connections are not included in the Tour Price and will be at Your expense. 1.6 We reserve the right not to honour any published prices that We determine were erroneous due to printing, electronic, or clerical error. If You make a Booking based on erroneous pricing, We will offer You the option of cancelling the Booking and receiving a refund of any amount paid by You or confirming the Booking by paying the difference between the erroneous price and the correct price, as determined by Us.
1.7 The following Fees are payable in addition to the Tour Price: (a) If You book 21 days or less before the Tour Departure Date, You must pay a late booking fee of $50.00 per Booking. (b) If You change Your Booking, other than by varying the Tour Departure Date, You must pay a change fee of $50.00 per Booking. This fee is on account of administrative expenses incurred by Us in changing Your Tour and is a genuine and reasonable estimate of Our expenses. 1.8 If You cancel Your Tour for any reason prior to Your Tour Departure Date (including by changing Your Tour Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable for the following cancellation fees: Days of notice prior to Tour commencement

2. Pre-Release Information 2.1 Best Price for 2017 Offer (a) Best Price for 2017 price offer is for travel on Canada, Alaska & USA on selected tours operated by Scenic. (b) Any third party operators such as but not limited to flights are subject to applicable fares and conditions for travel in the chosen period. These are not applicable to Best Price offers for travel in 2017. (c) Non-refundable Booking Deposit of $500 per person per Tour must be paid within 7 days of making Your Booking. Upon the release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure, a further $500 per person per Tour must be paid within 7 days, if not taking an Earlybird offer. Once received, the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable. (d) If the Itinerary duration is amended and additional nights are included in a Tour the additional cost will be surcharged. (e) Tour itinerary and inclusions is subject to change upon release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure. (f) Best Price for 2017 offers are strictly limited and are available until sold out or withdrawn. (g) Best Price offers are based on currency exchange rates as at 8 March, 2016. Any fluctuations beyond this will be reviewed and We reserve the right to surcharge accordingly. (h) Pre-Release offers are only available prior to the release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure. Pre-Release offers are strictly limited and are available until sold out or withdrawn.
2.2 Earlybird Offers (a) All Earlybird offers are based on departures from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth and are subject to confirmation on release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure. Surcharge may apply for other ports. (b) Offers are with an airline and in a particular class of Our choice. If that airline and/or class is not available We reserve the right to use an alternative airline of Our choice. (c) Applicable airline and airfare for the offer to be valid will be advised on release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure. (d) All airfare prices are an indication only and subject to confirmation upon release of the airline schedule. (e) Flights must be booked by Us. (f) Offer available until sold out or withdrawn. Strictly limited suites available on set departures and subject to availability. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time. (g) All Earlybird airfare deals are subject to availability and scheduled for travel to meet the brochured tour departure dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges as enforced by the airline. (h) Save up to values are based on 2016 air prices and are subject to change. (i) Upon confirmation of offer and airfare a further non-refundable $2,500 per person deposit will be required 11 months prior to departure of your tour or the date specified at the release of the full Scenic Canada, Alaska & USA 2017 brochure. Once received, the $3,000 deposit is non-refundable. (j) Air Credit is a discount applied to airfare. Airfare must be booked by Scenic. Discount is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Single traveller offer is half the value of the ‘Air Credit, save up to’ amount per couple.
