My favorite Christmas tradition is getting hot chocolate and looking at Christmas lights. My mom and sister and aunt go with me. We listen to Christmas music while we drive. My favorite part is when we go down Misfit lane. The coolest is the abominable smow monster. It is cool. Jonah Neckels Some of my family’s favorite traditions are going to Sheridan or going to my Grandparent’s house Christmas morning. My favorite recipes are green bean casserole, cheesecake, yams and last but not least apple pie. For Christmas activities my family plays the Wii, goes sledding and plays the thankful game! On Christmas morning the weather is very cold, snowy, and it is sometimes raining out. What Christmas means to me: I do not only like it because of the gifts I like it because you get to spend time with your family! It means a whole lot to me! Tristyn Fink My favorite time of season is winter when there is snow on the ground and it’s cold outside. It’s almost Christmas, my favorite time of the year. It’s my favorite time of the year because people are getting their Christmas trees up and my Grandma sends tamales and this it is my puppy Daisy’s first Christmas. Anissa Carlson Every Christmas we have dinner with my Great Grandparents and my Grandma Connie and Grandpa Darrell and my mom and dad and my sister. I get to choose one present to open up. I then go to bed and wait for Santa. In the morning my family opens presents together. My grandpa Darrell fixes up a big batch of sourdough pancakes. Jackson Jeffers On Thanksgiving my mom makes turkey with extra stuffing. My mom makes fruit salad with marshmallow. On Christmas Eve at 6:00 my dad lifts my little sister to put the star up and then we put our list next to Santa’s cookies and milk. Daniel Pitman

My Christmas Poem Christmas time is near. I can’t wait for the best time of the year. Don’t you worry, I will be jolly, When we deck the halls with bounds of holly. Joy to the world we will sing, Singing….. the most wonderful thing. That big old Christmas tree, Oh, how it fills me with glee! Christmas time is near, The most wonderful time of the year! Sylvia Ambuehl Christmas Christmas is a time of joy, It only comes once a year, It’s my favorite time of cheer, Christmas cookies and lights a glow, Get into the Christmas spirit, And say ho-ho-ho, In the midst of all the holiday craziness, Lies the one reason that I celebrate, Jesus Christ, Christmas is a time to celebrate our savior’s birth, So this holiday season, Remember the one reason, What Christmas is all about, Remember Jesus! Tally Humphrey What Christmas Means To Me! As a Christian, Christmas means a lot to me. We should dedicate that time to our Savior Jesus Christ. And go to church with our friend and families. As we celebrate with others we need to realize the importance of Jesus, and how blessed we are. Well that’s what Christmas means to me. MERRY CHRISTMAS Y’ALL!!!!!!!! Anna Seymanski
What Christmas Means To Me Christmas is more than just presents and Santa. It’s about celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. The gifts remind us of the greatest gift of all…Jesus the Messiah! Open up your eyes and think about the word Christmas. It has the word Christ in it. Christmas is also about family and friends coming together to celebrate Jesus’ birth. Christmas is important and should stay important. Emily Erger What Christmas really is. Jesus born. Gift giving. People singing. Frosted ground. Snow canvas. Twinkling stars. Wise men. Cheer everywhere. Great kindness. Peace, grace. Lighted candles. Hope, joy. Christmas trees. Lights everywhere. Magic in the air. Silver bells. Candy canes. Shepherds staff. Stripes, circles. Squares and, Polka dots too. Flickering fire. GOD LOVES YOU!!! Skylar Larson What I feel about Christmas The snow, it`s like a slap in the face. On Christmas morning when you open presents and get what your heart desires. But, Christmas isn`t about getting what you want. It`s about the Prince of Peace, Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ! He came into our world to be the servant of all, not to be served. Sadly, later this Jesus would die for our sins. And if you have faith in him you will be saved. Jacob Nielson What the holidays mean to me The holidays like Christmas means you can worship Jesus Christ on Christmas for on that day he slept in a manger on that night which was the night of his birth. On Christmas day when you open presents with family you could open anything and it might be the present you were hoping for. One day this dear Jesus would die for our sin and be put up on a cross on a hill. Ethan Waddingham Where I am going for Christmas This Christmas I am going to California to visit my sister.it is a really fun place. We will get to paddle board, fish, and sail. We will also play on the beach, and catch crabs at low tide.so that will be my Christmas in California. Johnny K.
