More than this, this activity embedded another objective as to expose our people creativity and learn more how to be authentic yet amazing. Last but not least, as we intended to get them into group and work with each other as we want them to experience the team work with people from other department.


While two Team Leaders in AIESEC PP just back from Malaysia with their meaning international experience, in the very next month, two of our brave members will start their life changing experiences in Malaysia as they were awarded the Tourism Malaysia Awards, an award aims to support Cambodians to go on AIESEC volunteering exchange program. We are really thankful to Tourism Malaysia for providing our members as well as other AIESEC members in Cambodia with such amazing opportunities.

Chhem Sovannroth, OGX team leader, elected as Organizing Committee President of Youth to Business Forum (Y2B) 2015, the biggest annual event of AIESEC. Besides, we have Chhay Heng, Tith Savath, and Tep Vathana as selected organizing committee vice presidents and Srun Kasna as organizing committee member. In National Congress: Age of Niron, the AIESEC Cambodia’s largest annual conference to be held in December this year, Kimhak and Sunna are elected as Organizing Committee VicePresidents. Last but not least, Tep Vathana, proudly elected as organizing committee president of National Global Village, the entity’s biggest annual culture fair along with Heng Chenda as elected organizing committee vice president. AIESEC Phnom Penh could not be prouder to have such 8 amazing and bravest people in our committee work with each other aim for AIESEC vision, “Peace & Fulfillment of Humankinds’ Potential”.


Team Building Day On 11th and 12th October, Green Commander went to Chom Bok Community for our first Team Day. In these two days, we had done some activities which was strengthen our team spirit to be stronger and better. We also went to Chombok water fall at the second day, we walked about 3 kilometers to reach the 3 rd level of water fall. Even it was far and the path was so difficult to walk through we still moved forward until we reached our destination At that time, everyone was really helpful to each other and we always smile and laugh together. We were really enjoy our journey so much. At night, we mad the fire and sit around, sharing

our journey in AIESEC and some personal life outside AIESEC which make us feel more closely to each other and like a family. Finally we promise to make this team spirit stronger and stronger, and help our AIESEC PP to reach our goal as giving more positive impact to the society.


OGX – Tang Bung Tong is the most active member of OGX who participates in every local and national event. Bung Tong has a strong motiva-

tion and superbly good at supporting the team as well as LC. He also has a good performance during OGX event because he always active as he spend the whole day present and prepare for OGX.

iGlP – Nousovath Chanvoleak is the best member of iGlP with the active participation in functional meetings. Not only that, she also joins every LCM and has the potential as a quick learner. Beside her potential and active participation she also won the Tourism Malaysia award and one of the most outstanding Cambodian delegates at Spark Conference in Thailand. Despite her quality in AIESEC she has the gut and dare to take challenge outside of AIESEC such as volunteers in Ministry of Commerce and Google’s workshop event at ITC. iGCDP – Srun Kasna is the best member of iGCDP who mostly attended meeting such as Team, Functional and LC. He has accomplished many tasks such as going to meet the company, work on promotion project, work as a cold call to sponsor as well as finding a venue for TMP Promotion. Even though he has a lot of responsibilities within his function yet he still have many position to attend as TM, EPs reception, OC Recruitment, OC logistic Y2B commitment: The most important skills that he possess are always do tasks in team and respect deadline.

Our leadership program develops leadership skills within the framework of a highperforming team, our traineeship program allows Cambodian students to go work abroad and organizations in Cambodia to recruit top quality young and dynamic international talent.
