What is Rotation?

2015 Spring Rotation is an initiative by Elective Board of AIESEC in Phnom Penh. It aims to provide opportunities for every members to assess and rediscover themselves to get ready for generation 2015 (term starting April). With exception of recently elected LCEB and TL, every single members are free agents now, they have freedom to apply for any available roles in any functions (incl. current functions). Being part of these huge fundamental changes is by definition going one step closer in unleash their leadership potential to the fullness. NOTE: Every members has to apply for at least two roles.

RECRUITMENT Work with TM and Marketing department for effective promotion of Exchange program Manage and prepare information session and external events to applicants Implement strategies to both online and on campus activities Responsible for recruit, and interview EPs

KEY LEARNING points Teamwork experience Team and stress management Effective sale and communications Build network in and outside AIESEC Exchange program delivery experience to Cambodia youth

MATCHING & REALISATION Work as a customer relation manager Work with LCVP on AIESEC information system Facilitate EPs for any needs, motivation, and training Responsible for facilitate EPs to search for suitable project Application Link
