Bill Chea

Sokhy Chea, better known as Bill, is a passionate story teller and social entrepreneur. Sokhy is a senior student in Mass Media Communications at Pannasastra University and Computer Science graduate from RUPP. Currently serves as General Director of an international public speaking platform, Ignite Phnom Penh and event & apps firm Outsources. He always has the love for creative concepts, storytelling and public speaking. He has made a few short films with his fellow young filmmakers. Sokhy also has great interests in volunteerism and leadership development. He has actively involved in volunteering works for over 5 years including BarCamp, FilmCamp, Chaktomuk Short Film Festival and AIESEC where he has the last role as National Vice President of Organizational Development. Sokhy has a dream to pursue a career in filmmaking in Hollywood.
