Backstory: DTMD Patent-pending Content Delivery standard (an alternative to Cable and DTH) Designed and developed by Filipino inventor and broadcast / satellite communications engineer Ed Millana (Founder and CEO, Millawave Systems: DTMD; Founder and CEO, Marjeds Systems: Satellite, Telecom and Broadcast Products and Services) Aims to bridge the Information Divide in the Philippines and other emerging markets, by delivering a world of content at aordable costs, leveraging breakthrough communications technology, seven years of R&D (Millawave), and over 20 years of product manufacturing experience (Marjeds). Built on very practical (read: cost-eective) considerations: Unpopulated and/or Reusable Frequencies (10-13GHz) License-Exempt Low-Power Access Points (100mW) Datacasting
