About us bio-komp is part of a company group leader in renewable Energy recovery, a company with a great feel about sustainable development and a company that promote of a right use and conscious use of energy resources. bio-komp is a young and innovative company that designs and produces air, gas and biogas compressors with respect of nowadays norms and environment. bio-komp targets is a customers who wants reliability and guarantee of a product made in Italy.

The different experience gained over the years, allows to satisfy better our customer required, from engineering till after sales service.

Today, quality is a very important requirement and also tank to acquired norms, bio-komp could guarantee an excellent product according to the international normative.

We think that today many companies try to realize units without a proper engineering of the product.

The excellent design and better solutions give the certainty of reliable and competitive product. bio-komp has valued customer satisfaction with the units now sell around the world. Our efforts are screened to ensure a reliable and low maintenance costs of our product. We are able to provide complete assistance to 360째 thanks to our technical and service department. bio-komp is able to offer compressors for any type of gas like Acetylene, Carbon Dioxide, Argon, Air, Nitrogen, Biogas (of all types), Gpl, Hydrogen, Methane, Oxygen (of all purities) and every kind of refrigerant gas.

Our large range of products can give the right type of compressor to ensure our customer maximum performance with less power consumption.

Many years of bio-komp staff, allows to produce compressors able to work 24/24 also in hazardous area. Many research are made to produce units to install in no explosion proof area that can work in total safety; we can propose and offer this kind of solutions to give our customer a better economical choice and to have a product that respect all the applicable norms to work in total safety and reliability.

METHODOLOGY

Methodology Standard method of work for bio-komp is composed by these follows phases: 1. DATA COLLECTION The briefing with customer has the purpose to define better type of product to guarantee the right functionality of the plant. After this, bio-komp – based on the values received by the customer – is able to work out the best solution.

2. MATERIALS SEARCHING AND QUALITY CONTROL Materials searching and quality control is real important for a an higher level of products. The choice of components is very accurate to ensure a long life time of our machines and to without renouncing of performance and reduced maintenance.

3. ENGINEERING Study the best solutions to guarantee the maximum benefit and minimum maintenance on the plant. Our technicians are always for our customer disposal to evaluate particular application and technological solutions with respect of environment.

4. PRODUCTION The production is followed and led by technical department to have ready solutions when compressors are made. Our main pride is to completely customize the machine to the needs of our customers, always to research new technologies to apply on our products. So bio-komp can remain as market leader with product always on forefront.

The coating system applied to nanotechnologies, research of high quality components, quality control from begin till the end production, guarantee a better quality of products than our competitor.

5. GREAT CARE OF PRODUCT Testing of the compressors is made by experts technicians and is possible to give a look if customer want to follow all the single phases.

6. FINAL QUALITY CONTROL Last checking is made on the final products, to grant completely functionality and perfect finish.

7. WARRANTY bio-komp guarantees two years of total warranty on the compressors, both for spare parts and technicians work if the problem is a fault of the unit.

8. SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS Maintenances will follow by bio-komp technicians, both nationally and internationally level. Thanks to continuous updates and technology evolution that bio-komp has in his systems, also a non specialized technician can make standard maintenances.

So the customer will be follow step by step in case of fault or replacement of normal parts.

2. COMPLETE ASSISTANCE BY TECHNICIANS Our service is composed by bio-komp technicians always at complete disposal of the customer 24 H; every intervention is performed by specialized technicians within 2 days (except travel). bio-komp technicians are able to solve every request of the customer. It could be possible to stipulate maintenance contract for one or five years on bio-komp compressor.

3. 6.000 HOURS FOR FIRST MAINTENANCE AND REDUCED COSTS FOR SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE. bio-komp compressors are able to work till 6000h without any kind of maintenance; with this operability the cost for maintenance of plant will be reduced.

4. BIG SURFACE OF WORKSHOP OF 7.000 M² WITH DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS FOR WELDING, PAINTING, PIPING AND ASSEMBLY. Thanks to collaboration with a group of Leading Companies, we are able to propose a product engineered, designed and realized exclusively by bio-komp.

COMPRESSOR WITH A NEW GENERATION ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL The new touch screen panel used on bio-komp compressors give our customer, in real time, the total functionality of unit thanks to digital transducers installed inside the compressor (suction pressure, discharge pressure, absorbed power, rpm of motor, alarm type, oil pressure, oil temperature, ambient temperature, flux meter for ventilation control, control of condensate drain etc..).

The panel can be supplied with different language (also required by customer) in order to facilitate the used of final customer; furthermore, every touch screen panel is equipped with graphics which supervise the operation of compressor during the time.

6. MODBUS CONTROL Each compressor is equipped with modbus control to provide a direct interface between the compressor and PLC of final customer.

7. NEW SOLUTIONS FOR MAXIMUM SAVING ENERGY bio-komp compressors are aimed to customers who want more saving for more saving money. bio-komp compressors are designed according to customer needs. bio-komp realized own compressors without the utilization of bypass valve, and/or suction valve, and/or pressure reducer; our products is implemented with inverter and vectorial motors to guarantee a greater efficiency and better economic performance..

8.NEW TECHNOLOGIES USED AS NANOTECHNOLOGY FOR PAINTING Appearance of our compressor is studying according to market needs and customers too. The new technology used during painting phase, makes the product more resistant to any kind of internal and external ambient. Paints is equipped with nanotechnology to ensure an high level of saline resistance.

9. USE OF LUBRICANTS OILS ECO-FRIENDLY bio-komp contribute to environmental protection using lubricant oil eco-friendly tested 24 H on gas/biogas compressors. The various certifications of bio-komp oil ensures a worldwide respect for environment thanks to the high biodegradability of oil.
