Sinus grafting is probably one of the most common and predictable grafting procedures in implant dentistry. This course has been designed to allow delegates to learn first-hand how to correctly assess patients prior to sinus grafting and learn step-by-step surgical protocols for both lateral and crestal approaches.
Delegates will also learn which graft materials work best in which scenarios and how to safely harvest autogenous bone to improve treatment outcomes, followed by the opportunity to gain hands-on experience treating cadavers.
• How to use CBCT imaging to evaluate sinus anatomy to ensure predictable sinus grafting
• The anatomy, biology, and wound healing of sinus grafting
• The indications, guidelines, and step-by-step surgical protocols for sinus grafting: lateral and crestal approaches using both piezo and surgical handpieces
