QUALITY AND WARRANTY The design, manufacturing and quality management performed according to the adopted measures of the European Union assure the quality expected by our Customers. The BIONIKA Medline Ltd. works according to the EN ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. Our products are marked with the CE sign. Following the implantation process, we provide warranty for replacing the unit within one year counting from the date of purchase, regardless of the causal relevance. BIONIKA assumes the risk of ossification process. Otherwise we provide a 5-year long-term warranty for our products.

Within the field of implantation practices there are several systems on the market, each having both their pros and cons. Therefore, it is often difficult to decide which solution is worth investing in, as serious financial issues may occur in case of introducing a new system. We aim to provide help with these issues with our “COMPATIBLE� system that enables us to reach the same goals with the existing tools on a considerably lower price but still staying compatible with other approved systems and their instruments. Therefore we developed our structures so they can perfectly be attached both to different systems and instruments. The main characteristic of the “COMPATIBLE BP System” is that the implant head is connected to the implant body with a hexagonal prism-shaped connecting unit secured by a through-bolt. The most common hexagon face sizes are 6Lt2.2mm for the implants of platform diameter Ø3.25mm and Ø3.75mm, while 6Lt2.5mm for those that have a platform diameter of Ø4.0mm, Ø4.9mm and Ø6.5mm.
