CorticaL ECO Abutments and Prosthetics

Regarding their upper structures and technical elements, the Bionika’s Cortical ECO implants form an up-to-date system that provides the most economical wide range practicability for both the implantologist and their patients. With the best price/value rate, it is a quite simple and reliable construction. It is an obvious possibility for both experienced and beginner implantologists as the implantation can be performed using the tool set of other widespread large systems, no new investment is needed. In case if some new tools are still needed, we complete your existing set on a very good price. The main element of the thrift is the multifunctional head, which is the holder of the implant within the package. In addition, it is suitable for inserting, turning in the implant, performing the sample taking and naturally for forming the implant head as well. The common units of the system are included in the chart. In function of the mentum bone structure, individual and customized solutions are also available for the Partners.

CorticaL ECO System Connection: cone & hex & cylindrical This complex cone & hexagonal prism & cylinder geometry has been proved in the engineering practice and ensures the perfect fitting. We are using a 30-degree cone angle that provides a micro move-free load transmission and assures good conditions for accurate open or closed tray method. It superimposes the forces deep into the implant’s inside.

Cortical Level: On the long term, operation experiences prove that the chances for the implant to stay in place are significantly improved if the top flange of the implant is set to corticalis level or below that by 0.5-1mm.

Warranty: Following the implantation process, we provide warranty for replacing the unit within one year counting from the date of purchase, regardless of the causal relevance. BIONIKA assumes the risk of ossification process. Otherwise we provide a 5-year long-term warranty for our products.

Anatomical tooth root-shape, high pitch selfcompressing spongiosa thread: The CorticaL follows the anatomical shape of the root. Due to the tapered thread and the high pitch, large thread depth, self-locking and self-cutting formation of the implant, it has a bone-compacting effect. As a result of the high primary stability, this enables the implant to be promptly loadable if needed.

Spiral, micro-grooved corticalis surface: Holding on to the corticalis, the multi-start micro-grooved spiral surface functions as a significant load-bearing element both in the primary and later stage. Due to the cycloid knuckle thread geometry, this self-locking thread structure facilitates deducting the dynamic effects and facilitates the micro move-free conditions and assures a fast incorporation.

ø 3,5 Platform switching: The fitting diameter of the upper structure is smaller than the outside part of the implant connecting to the bone. The bone may slide on to the top flange of the implant and this way the soft tissue closes upon the ingoing aperture of the bone nest and the implant’s connecting surface, covering and sealing it like a sealing ring.
