BIONIKA is present in the technical fields of odontology, oral surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics and rehabilitation as a company dealing with research and development as well as manufacturing and distribution. QUALITY AND WARRANTY The design, manufacturing and quality management performed according to the adopted measures of the European Union assure the quality expected by our Customers. The BIONIKA Medline Ltd. works according to the EN ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. Our products are marked with the CE sign. Following the implantation process, we provide warranty for replacing the unit within one year counting from the date of purchase, regardless of the causal relevance. BIONIKA assumes the risk of ossification process. Otherwise we provide a 5-year long-term warranty for our products.
INNOVATE PRODUCTING TRADE
Cone connection: Hex@con It provides the most perfect fitment, acknowledged in the engineering practice. In case of the CorticaL implants we use a 30-degree taper angle that provides a micro movefree load transmission and assures good conditions for accurate open or closed tray method for even bigger angle differences as well.
Cortical Level: On the long term, operation experiences prove that the chances for the implant to stay in place are significantly improved if the top flange of the implant is set to corticalis level or below that by 0.5-1mm.
Platform switching: The fitting diameter of the structure is smaller than the outside part of the implant connecting to the bone. This way the soft tissue closes upon the ingoing aperture of the bone nest and the implant’s connecting surface, covering and sealing it like a sealing ring.
Tapered, micro-grooved corticalis surface: Holding on to the corticalis, the multi-start micro-grooved spiral surface functions as a significant load-bearing element both in the primary and later stage. This tapered, self-locking thread structure facilitates deducting the dynamic effects and assures the micro movefree conditions for the fast incorporation.
Anatomical tooth root-shape, high pitch selfcompressing spongiosa thread: The thread has a bone-compacting effect due to its tapered, high pitch and self-cutting formation. This enables the implant to be promptly loadable if needed.
CorticaL Normal Implants The BIONIKA Cortical Normal Implants offer a wide range of usability in case of normal bone structure. At implantation, it should be considered that the diameter size provided in the chart is the largest width of the implant. Choosing the right implantation length according to the available bone stock is important. The same upper structures shall be used in case of all sizes for the Normal-type implants.

CorticaL Extra Short Implants The feature of the BIONIKA Cortical Extra Short Implants is that positive results may be gained in case of vertical bone degradation due to their short and stocky geometry.

CorticaL Extra Slim Implants The usage field of the BIONIKA Cortical Extra Slim Implants is the thin mentum bone rib. The construction keeps the features of the Normal design in this case as well, therefore performing the sample taking and prosthetic tasks will remain just as simple and accurate as in the case of the Normal subsystem.
