T25 is based on a tubular section upright with a slot pace of 1 Inch / 25,4mm that in combination to slim Extra shelves and Hinging ticket rails, eases the job of the merchandiser to get more facings. TN9 upright is the most unique profile available worldwide: two symmetrical high strength steel profile with twenty four bends and incredible versatility and installing opportunities. S50, standing for Shelving50, has a 50mm space upright to deliver compatibility to similar sizes systemsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; to satisfy retailers and stockists already committed to such specifications. MAG, the boltless shelving for back door rooms, complements the range for stocking purposes or uniquely designed retail outlets. GP5 System, considered independently or in conjunction with gondola shelving, delivers extra weight loading capacity and an ever wider range of structure set ups.

T25. T25 is based in a newly researched joint between Upright and Base. The shaping of the upright and strong parts of the bases to interact with it delivers an unseen torque resistance to load. Uprights are available in several sizes to match your needs of floor capacity and space saving. Bases can be of any height and the size which all depends where the first shelf is required to be: a lower base shelf is normally the preferred option. The Extra shelf, which is compatible to many of the CAEM shelving systems, can take high weight loading while being of a thin spacing for a lesser use of valuable facing. The combination of this extra facing available, with the finer registration of shelf level thanks to thin upright hole pace and the new hinging price rail, will guarantee newer returns to the retailer.

The most demanding merchandising needs are perfectly manageable with T25. Thanks to the slimmer profile of Extra shelves, a higher number of levels can be installed, for improved shelf management and visual merchandising. Products can also be displayed in the space between the top of the shelf to underneath the higher shelf, behind the hinging price rail.

A range for full layouts is available in T25. The brightest colour helps the light managers delivering a luminous shopping experience. Gondola ends come with back strengthening connectors to the main gondola.

No Base Gondola Ends are perfect when considering fast rotation and high volume promotions. Pallets and bulk containers can be placed in front of the end unit, and shelves remain available on the upper levels.

TN9. The unique design of TN9 Upright makes this whole system unique in terms of floor space savings, modularity, flexibility as well as a full range of fixing and accessories options. The TN9 upright is a popular profile and is being used for wall and gondola units: these details show much about the philosophy of modularity and versatility of this system. Three different heights for base shelf levels are available, together with plasticized material for the main panels, making the concept more durable.

Since these also are made by CAEM, customer specific colours are available. Alufront is the aluminium finish option for shelves, paintable in any of CAEM’s finishes. TG Gondola end has no back panels for maximum continuity of display.

4Post-Evo is an add-on option for TN9 System: by using the same bases and planks, and only by adding a TN7 upright and double notched brackets, a stronger unit can be built. The main advantage of this system is that the merchandising is unaffected since the customer does not see the front upright. Recommended for liquid and rice sections of food stores.

4Post is the Mini rack option for TN9 shelving: the use of the double notched bracket and the sidey upright in front will deliver extra capacity to the unit. This option is also available for pre installed TN9 units, only by adding clamps, Sideyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s and changing Brackets.

S50. Shelving50 is the wholly CAEM engineered and manufactured shelving with 50mm pace notching of upright slots. It has been designed to satisfy the needs of retailers and stockists committed in their several shops or warehouse to same sized shelving systems: with Shelving50 CAEM guarantees them continuity of operations and cash efficiency in the utilization of stock. This system includes proprietary solutions like the connection between upright and base and multi size perforated back panels. Multi planks will fit into Shelving50 structure, this representing a strong factor in terms of versatility and accessories available. Shelving50 is intended to be the starting point as a compatible 50mm shelving to let the retailer moving into wider shelves and accessory options.

The tubular upright is available in many section sizes depending on the weight loading capacity needs. Each of the size can accept both wall and gondola configuration.

Double U-channel shelves are specifically designed to allow the use of existing accessories into Shelving50. Double U shelves will accept CAEMâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Epos Two Position normally seen on Multi and Uniblock.

Shelving50 is available in the running unit sizes most used in the market. CAEM can develop adaptations of this system to the most specific customersâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; demands. Below the base shelf is a Drop Panel that slides between the base and a specific clamp down to the floor, avoiding dust going underneath the shelving.

MAG. MAG Shelving systems is based in a roll formed tubular upright with back slots, to install connectors between two uprights of the same side, and side slots, where to fit the clamp to clip in the MAG plank shelf. This is a high quality system made with primary quality steel and the same finish standard of the other CAEM range. MAG System is ideal for backdoor room storage for packs, general merchandise, but also clothing. It also often used for fashion stores wanting to deliver a different look.

MAG System is available in several sizes of running pitch and depth. The use of the CAEM colours can help designers to customize it for specific applications.

Specially designed for Clothing hangers, the Mag Bar 2 and Mag Bar 1 system works with a cross rail and can be altered at any moment in time. Adjusting the depth size of the MAG unit and the distance from the wall, the MAG System offers a wide variety of configurations for clothing. Bar Brk is the pipe bar holder for hangers that works totally independently thanks to a built in reversed bracket, notching into the rear slots of the upright.

GP5. GP5 System is built up by connecting two uprights together as a side, and then connecting sides with beams. Depth sizes can be single or double. If single, the GP5 unit is accessed by one side and is managed like a wall unit. If itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s double one GP5 unit is configured to be accessed from both sides, like a gondola. Running pitch sizes can be single or double. When in double configuration an underneath middle upright can be used, with the same backpanels, compatible brackets and shelves. This configuration has been developed to allow efficient merchandising in the lower level taking advantage of normal running pitch unit, and stock in the upper levels.

This GP5 System is a Single Depth unit with two sides, and is Double Pitched with underneath gondola shelving. It is visible the higher part has beams for stocking, the lower part will accept any display accessory.

GP5 sides are connected by beams: depending on configurations and weight loading capacity required, beams may or may not be used at the bottom.

When GP5 is double pitched it comes often integrated with gondola shelving uprights with bases and back panels will be used to create a comfortable shopping experience.

MYSITE. MySite is the most advanced configuration 3D software for the shopfitting industry. It includes a full 3D engine but the Wizard technology makes very easy to configure a shelving profile, picking any display from the immense CAEM selection.
