The Founder Bernice Agbonifoh is the CEO of Bernic Consultancy. This company was born after 3 years of purchasing various marine, construction and office supplies on behalf of Natony Limited, Nigeria. Having understood the stress corporations, private and public business undergo procuring industralised machineries and equipments for their business operations due to soiled image the global world have of these countries, Bernice decided to form this company as an agent to these companies ensuring the strain involve in such purchases or procurement is minimised. She attended University of Plymouth where she obtained her BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and proceeded to the University of Surrey to do her MSc Management.
