Q: DOES ROERS HAVE A SAFETY PROGRAM?

A: Job site safety is paramount to the success of our projects and will aid in decreasing any delays in the schedule. Roers maintains an extensive safety program for our employees, contractors and anyone who steps foot onto the job site. Mack Buck, Safety Manager, conducts regular site safety inspections, training sessions, job hazard analyses, and provides valuable feedback on corrective actions and improvements. We strive every day to raise the bar a little higher so we can reach our ultimate goal of zero injuries.

Safety is more than a priority to us, it is a core value, priorities change core values do not. We work closely with the Bismarck State College OSHA consultation program on most of our job sites. We belong to the North Dakota Safety counsel, Associated Builders and Contractors of North Dakota and Minnesota, and the Northern Region Association of Safety Professionals.
