TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:

I was born and raised in Bismarck. I attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship in 2020. I look forward to carrying on the family business, with my siblings, as the sixth-generation. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, and sailing.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

Family is by far what motivates me the most. They have been my biggest supporters since day one, and they are the ones who, at the end of the day, believe in me the most. The fact that they have invested a lot of their time and resources into me and my goals only reinforces that. They are my role models, and when your role models believe in you, the last thing you want to do is let them down. It is because of this that I strive to make them proud everyday, and why they motivate me the most.

CHALLENGES IN YOUR CAREER PATH:

• Time: The greatest challenge one faces is time; it waits for no one and demands effective management skills.

• Change: Change is inevitable; embracing it, despite its challenges, can determine success or failure.

• Economics: A healthy economy is one of the main driving forces behind most business decisions, and when the economy is good, business is good; when the economy is bad, business is bad.

• Government: Government policy and regulations can make or break a business. That is why it is important to be involved in the process and implementation of new policy.
