APPENDIX G: BUILDING EMERGENCY SHUTOFFS Maintenance Emergency Manuals are located in the boiler room and the main entrance of each building. These manuals indicate all shut off locations for water, power etc. An emergency contact list for maintenance personnel is also attached to the manual. Buildings and Grounds Personnel along with Safety and Security Staff have access to these manuals. .
