EGC CHAIRPERSON’S WELCOME On behalf of the Energy Generation Conference planning committee, you are invited to participate as an exhibitor and sponsor at the 38th annual Energy Generation Conference, January 24-26, 2017 at the recently expanded Bismarck Events Center. This conference has become the premiere event in the Upper Midwest to showcase industry products and services to the energy generation industry. Each year, regional industry professionals and front line employees look forward to supporting this professional development opportunity. We continually set new participant attendance records and have more than 315 booth spaces available. We are excited to again feature technology allowing exhibitors to scan attendee badges for contact information. This technology allows you the ability to gather important contact information for everyone you interact with, but protects the participant’s privacy by giving them control of who receives their information.

Online exhibitor registration begins at 8 a.m. CT on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Booth space may sell out quickly, so get ready by visiting the website at egcnd.com for registration details. In addition, two levels of sponsorships are again available, which will help you gain additional exposure for your company with conference participants. We are looking forward to another great conference and hope you can join us again in January!

You will need to create a user profile before you can register for a booth. Bismarck State College is part of the North Dakota University System, so many of the terms used on the registration site refer to “student.” This term refers to anyone registering for the Energy Generation Conference. We strongly recommend that the person registering your company on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 8 am is the person setting up the registration profile for your company. That person will also be listed as the contact for your company in the conference program book.
Due to a registration software upgrade, instructions on creating a user profile and registering as a conference exhibitor will not be posted until October 1. Please check back at that time for this information.
Profile setup can be completed any time before the registration date. We recommend that you complete this step early. Instructions on how to set up a profile and how to register will be available on our website October 1. Please watch our website as we roll out a new look in mid-September!
Reminder: The individual that registers your company is not automatically registered for the company. An email will be send in late December collecting the names of your complimentary booth representatives.
THE APP IS BACK! The 2017 Energy Generation Conference is mobile once again. We are teaming up with Guidebook once again to bring you maps, schedules and much more in one place. Scan the QR code to the right to find the app now. We will continue to post updates to the app between now and the conference start! To open the app, use the passphrase: egc2017
