The Pleasure point is a place where you like to be. It makes you excited and happy because you like what you're doing and you're having fun. So it will make you ADDICTED to the things you like.

How people get addicted to technology People get addicted because of their pleasure point. It activates when you like something and if you can continue doing the thing you like, you're going to become more addicted each time you do it. And it's bad if you spend too much time on technology.

Use other things instead of tech *Use your alarm instead of your phone, it can affect your sleep. *Read a Book instead of an e-book. *Don't play any sport game on tech, do it for real.

Setting limits *organize your day *don't go on social media in the morning *be mindful *be aware *choose other activates
