QUINTESSENCE is an exceptional Seafood import and distribution company based in Dubai, UAE. We pride ourselves as curators of a three-generation aquaculture heritage from Brittany, France. Our mission is to be the “go-to” purveyor of fine quality products from the sea; the one-stop shop for not only Haute-Cuisine Chefs, but also inspired Chefs passionate for quality products, respectful of terroir and seasonality. It’s not about price, its about value.

We have been a proud partner of chef Alain Ducasse since 2005 as his exclusive shellfish supplier, as well as featuring in his “Naturalite� book. Alain Ducasse based his new Cuisine de la Naturalite at Plaza Athenee on thetrilogy of fish, vegetables and cereals.
