OUGD201 Design Production - Print / Good is? Baljeet Kaur Samra 2/5 [Concept]
Concept / Encouraging artists and designers to use letraset within their design practice. To achieve this I decided to create a fictional exhibition that would be based around letraset. To ensure the audience engaged fully with the event, I created a competition that called for artists and designers to submit a piece of work using letraset that would be displayed at the exhibition.
The Type Museum and Baseline Magazine are giving you the chance to have your work featured in an up and coming exhibition that will reopen the newly refurbished Type Museum.
The exhibition will showcase Art and Design that is created using Letraset. All you need to do is submit a piece of work that is made soley using Letraset. Submissions can be based on either type, image or a combination of both. To register your work and view submission guidelines go to : typemuseum.org/transfers

OUGD201 Design Production - Print / Good is? Baljeet Kaur Samra 3/5 [Logo & Branding]
Logo & Branding / Considering that the event is based purely on typography and the use of letraset I wanted to ensure that the logo remained simple yet relevant. The stripes across the logo reflect the idea of transferring each letter when using letraset. Used the typeface Helvetica & Helvetica Neue throughout the design to ensure there was consistency but focusing on different weights. Use of one colour + stock across all printed material.
