STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS & NFPA 101 Licensed senior housing is a specialized market segment and requires expertise to get projects appropriately designed and completed. Early in the design process, we meet with State Health Departments and review the project concept plans to ensure the design and process meets the various states codes and NFPA 101, when required. 17
