Designed to accomodate unbolting, pulling apart and relocation In the new plan (1980’s version) Murcutt extended the house to accomodate an extra lounge area and master bedroom

• Loss of direction from entry, passage through house is ambiguous • No defined order • Oversized bedrooms which create confined circulation, causing issues around meals areas. • Inconvenient acces to bathroom via laundry. Laundry situated next to family room • Little to no emphasis on experience • Ventilation, light and shade not well thoughtout • Poorly positioned meals area • Little to no connection to the street a large emphasis on the rear of the property.
