Hummous 1 can chickpeas 2 tbsp tahini (sesame butter) 1 tsp sesame oil (optional) ¼ tsp of cumin ½ lemon freshly squeezed ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp organic olive oil 1-5 cloves of crushed garlic (depending on your taste) Add hot sauce if you like it spicy! Blend all ingredients till smooth, add water to make smoother if necessary. Enjoy with toasted pita bread or whole grain crackers, and veggies.
