Ages 4 - 6
This program contains a detailed curriculum focused on improving the younger child’s basic listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic approach. Between the ages of 4 to 7 years of age are the most important years of a child’s development. Each class will cover one of these skills with a wide variety of activities that are fun and at the same time educational. SEMI-COMPETITIVE CO-ED VOLLEYBALL
This fun course will start with a brief warm up. Informal pick-up games will be the central activity in this course. Participants should be somewhat familiar with the game, but the main objective is to enjoy a fun night out. Bring along your sweats, your energy and your sense of humor. Comfortable clothing, indoor running shoes are a must.
Whether you’re a good player or competitive in nature, this will be for you! Different teams are picked every week randomly and ‘set, set, spike’ will be encouraged. It’s fun, entertaining, but can be competitive. Rules will be announced at the beginning of the season by a referee but being familiar with proper techniques will help, and instruction is available. Be ready to have some fun!
